Generally the training proceeded quite well, the trainer had a good command of the
knowledge areas under study and could give practical examples. The trainees also asked quite
engaging questions which were adequately responded to.
However for the questions that the trainer could not address before the class came to an end,
the Instructor promised to continue researching and provide feedback via email.
The trainer and the trainees agreed that the duration allocated to the training was not
sufficient to adequately cover the content, so there was a bit of crushing done.
Travel and Hospitality
Ethiopian Airline was used for the entire trip, all check in and transfer processes were carried
out timeously with no incidences. ZTE provided the travel guides, transport for airport
transfers and allowances on time.
All attendees were checked in and out of the ZTE hotel successfully. The two week stay was
pleasant, with all necessary requirements being satisfactorily met by the fully complimented
and pleasant ZTE staff
Conclusion and Recommendations
The training was fruitful and informative. Having team members from different sections as
part of the team was quite good as we always had someone to ask practical questions from
our network as we worked through radio, radio controllers and configuration sections of the
training.
We highly recommend the extension of this type of training by at least a week.
