Secured several promotions through two mergers at Allstate AKA CNA and Continental.
At Allstate, Director of Auto Nationwide was responsible for auto claim handling national wide. At CNA
Personal Insurance, as Director of New Technology Development and Deployments responsibilities
included the computer systems used by the claim handlers of Encompass (Division of Allstate).
Promoted to Senior Division Manager for Operations responsible for the management of the New York
Office operations merger for both CNA and Continental insurance.
Selected by Management to assume responsibility for a large specialty client in the newly developed
Continental Risk Management Services Division, as Account Manager & Supervisor
At Continental Insurance was promoted to Senior Litigation Adjuster responsible for handling litigated
claims in South Florida. As Outside Liability Adjuster was responsible for claim investigations within
Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties
