ExtendConcourseMtoaccommodatenine(9)newwidebody aircraft
Createoperationalresiliencytoimproveflexibilitiestoassignairlinesandaircraft
betweenthecentralterminalareaandT5,whichoverthelongtermmayinclude
rebalancingthemixbetweendomesticandinternationalpassengertrafficoperating
fromT5.
Balancethetimingofimprovementsbetweenneedandcosts,focusingontryingto
reuseexistingfacilitieswherepossible.
Providetimelydeliveryofadditionalneartermcapacitytoalleviateanticipated
capacityconstraintsandtofacilitatephasingofthebroaderterminalarea
developmentprogram.
MinimizetheimpactforallairlinesduringtheexecutionoftheProject,including
considerationofthedurationthatgatesneedtobetakenoutofservicefor
passengerloadingbridgeandfuelpitworks.
