Description: There are several MICA alumni and faculty renting studios in this building. It is an old warehouse, DIY,
raw space. Great windows and good floors, although the building is not up to code and that is not for everyone. Spaces
vary throughout the building as far as size, cleanliness, how much natural light comes into the space, etc. It is a very
relaxed atmosphere.
