REFUND POLICY:
A Customer can claim a refund within 30days of charge but documentations/recordings will
be investigated and reassessed before any such transaction is authorized by Precision B2B

& B2C/Merchant Bank. Affiliated Centers are obligated to cooperate with Clients/Precision

B2B & B2C when refunds are justified by Clients/Precision B2B & B2C and refinanced to
Precision B2B & B2C for refund to client/s. Failure to comply with these terms will result in
termination of Business with Affiliated Center/s and penalty charges by Precision B2B & B2C
and Laws of USA may apply.
MISCELLANEOUS:
"Precision B2B & B2C Certified Technician" means technicians and specialists certified by
Precision B2B & B2C to perform the Services under this Agreement.
"Services" and Precision B2B & B2C Portal"
All references to "Services" refer to any Precision B2B & B2C service delivered through
Precision B2B & B2C, under the Services that you enter into with Precision B2B & B2C
through use of the Precision B2B & B2C Website located at www.pb2bb2c.us. These Terms of
Use govern all Services available through the Precision B2B & B2C Website, and any use of
the Precision B2B & B2C Portal. In the event of any conflict these Terms of Use control any
valid Services Order form that you submit requesting Services ("Services Order").
"Software" means a computer program of any kind, whether owned by Precision B2B & B2C
or a third party, whether delivered via download, CD, other media, or other delivery method,
including client and/or network security software. Elements of the Software are protected under
copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws. Software includes both Precision
B2B & B2C Software and third party Software. Your use of Software is subject to the
respective agreements such as a license agreement or user agreement that accompanies or is
included with the Software, ordering documents, exhibits, and other terms and conditions that
apply ("License Terms").
Voice recordings, filled and digitally signed authorization form from every Client is required
for legitimacy and transparency of service and identity via RightSignature.com or
Docusign.com and will be considered binding to authorization form provided.
