thermo-cool, minimum 4-times taping of joints with plastic of
thickness 0.2mm, width 19mm (Nitto brand), S-Ion solvent
cement (Japan), fish wire, tying with the reinforcement steel bar
at the rate of 600mm spacing using 2X20 SWG G.I. wire
including tracing out the outlets after the shuttering are
removed & clearing the outlets & mending good all damages as
per drawings, specifications & direction of the Engineer-incharge.

This is an average rate with necessary number of 16SWG

sheet steel make junction/pull boxes of appropriate sizes with
3mm approved colour (matching with all colour), all above
mentioned material /accessories of this item.
The cost shall include the necessary cleaning and necessary
civil works like cutting/breaking of walls/ columns/ceiling and
mending the plastering /painting (approved colour) as per
instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. All materials of this item
will be of approved quality.

CABLE WORK:

2.1

Supply & installation of PVC insulated single core cable /PVC

insulated & PVC sheathed single/ multi core cables of
BRB/Paradise cable or its equivalent manufacturers having
ISO9001 certificate of the following sizes in prelaid conduits/
trench/tray & making good all damages and termination of
connection at both ends as per drawing, specification and
instruction of the Engineer-in-charge.

LIGHT FITTINGS:

Supply & installation of ceiling suspended/mounted imported

type light fixture of reputed manufacturer Philips/Coopers or its
equivalent complete with 2X18W/2X20W (Length-4'-0") LED
tube lamps, necessary length hangers, steel chain etc. and all
other accessories including labelling & tagging of each
luminaries as per drawing, specifications and direction of the
Engineer-in-charge.

SWITCH BOARD:

5.1

Supply and installation of imported gang switches and wall

boxes of approved model from M.K./Schneider/ Legrand
complete with all other necessary accessories & connections
everything complete including labelling & tagging of each
switch as per drawing, specification and instruction of the
Engineer-in-charge. The wall boxes may be locally made of
16SWG galvanized steel sheet including earthing block.

switched universal socket suitable for 3 pin plug of approved

tagging of each socket as per drawings, specifications and
direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The box may be locally
made of 16SWG galvanized steel sheet conforming to BS4662
& the circuit is protected by RCBO (Type-P)

Sdupply and installation of 63A, 5-pin, 415V, 3-phase, 50Hz.

Industrial type socket with 5 pin plug of approved model from
Legrand/MK inculding the box, cover plate with necessary
galvanized machine screws, earthing block complete with
necessary connection including labelling & tagging of each
industrial socket & the circuit is protected by RCBO as per
drawings, specifications and direction of the engineer-incharge. (Type-IS )

DISTRIBUTION BOARD:

7.1

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Type Tested

(conforming to IEC439-1) sheet steel/ totally insulated
distribution boards from reputed manufacturers Siemens /
ABB / Schnieder / Hensel / EATON or equivalent as approved
by the client having ISO9001 certificate housing the following
rated MCB /ELCB/RCBO/MCCB /MPCB, contactors, rotary
handle & busbars and all other accessories as per technical
specification & drawings.

The distribution board shall be of suitable dimensions so as to

accommodate the circuit breakers and busbars with insulated
shroud with sufficient spacing including internal connection
cables in the board and other materials, shall have hinged type
door with locks, circuit directory shall be suitable for
concealed /surface mounted type having PVC cable
glands/grommets of appropriate sizes, shall have knockout for
conduits entry & exist, a suitable size copper plate earthing
block must be provided inside the box & approved quality by
the client or Engineer-in-charge :

operation (to operate the DG sets & the two incoming ACB's of

alternatively for certain time,
The vendor must provide all accessories like Foreign Made
Canopy, radiators, digital ammeter & voltmeter with selector

fuel tank for full load operation, includes all piping, pumps for
the total fuel system ,exhaust pipe up to outdoor level and all
other accessories which will be accepted by Environmental
department.
The db level of Diesel Generator's sets with canopy shall not be
more than 82dBA at 1-Meter.
Please note that the DG Sets daily fuel tank will be connected
to main reservoir tank through fuel pipeline from existing fuel
tank as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
