Burgerdom is a food sector industry serving people with a theme inspired by the

television series Game of Thrones wherein, the ambiance of the place is similar of the movie
and the names of the food are related as well. The main function of the business is to serve the
customers, mostly food enthusiasts, who want a different burger experience. The company was
built through partnership of Engr. Rommel Dela Cruz, Engr. Shiela May Manalili, Engr. Ninia
Marie Panganiban, and Engr. Ria Camille Rivera.
Burgerdom is a Game of Thrones inspired burger parlor wherein the main snacks such as
the patty and bun, fries, finger foods, bacon, nachos, etc., are to be paid. There are seven
sections( vegetable, cheese, sauce, fruits, seasonings, onion rings, beverages)to represent the
seven (Kingdom of the North, Kingdom of the Mountain and the Vale, Kingdom of the Isles and
Rivers, Kingdom of the Rock, Kingdom of the Stormlands, Kingdom of the Reach, and
Principality of Dorne) where the customers can choose their desired toppings for free.
The special feature of this burger parlor is the Iron Challenge. If the customer finished
eating the specialty of the day, he/she will have the privilege to sit in the Iron Throne wherein the
food he ate became free and there are additional food rewards to be served by the slaves.

Mission
Offering one of a kind experience on creating personalized burgers served using finest
ingredients on a Game of Thrones inspired environment.

Vision
Burgerdom envisions itself to be most admired themed burger parlour by serving quality
hamburgers and providing a complete Game of Thrones experience.

Safety Mission and Vision


Mission
Making all personnel and customer absolutely comfortable and happy by providing a safe and
pleasant setting through commitment to the safety standards, compliance to the safety procedures, and
offering a safe environment.

Vision
Burgerdom envisions itself to be a burger parlour having the safest working environment for all
staffs and safest dining setting for all customers through the proper knowledge and implementation of
safety policies and procedures.

Safety Philosophy
All Burgerdom employees are responsible to work in a safe manner, to follow established
policies and participate in the process of improving the safety and health performance of the
company.
Employees are trained to prepare the goods properly, established safety standards for the
goods ensuring the health safety of the consumer and proper monitoring of raw material to
ensure the quality of the goods.
It is the responsibility of Burgerdom Management to ensure that safe working conditions
are provided for in order to protect its employees. Management is responsible for implementing
and enforcing all policies and procedures and creating a workplace whereby employees are free
to participate in improving the companys safety performance.
Burgerdom promotes health to the consumer by assessing the cleanliness and quality of
the goods and providing the best service in the market.

Safety Program
Roles of Management in Safety
Top management should be able to provide a safe working condition to its employees. Safety
programs, trainings, and seminar should be spearheaded by the management to provide adequate
knowledge to the workers regarding the safety procedures and concerns which to be observed
and followed relative to their jobs.
Employees
Safety must be a concern of all employees wherein safety procedures must adequately followed
and observed by everyone. Each employee should follow the safety signs and procedures in the
working area to ensure their safety.
All employees should wear proper clothing in conducting their respective jobs to ensure their
safety and the safety condition of the consumers as well.
Everyone must adhere to the safety standards of the Company and must be concern with
everyones safety as well. Giving a safety advice with everyone is the first step in making a safe
environment.
Maintenance of Safe Working Condition
Employees should be the first people concern with the safety condition of the work place.
Workplace should be kept clean every time to provide proper sevice to the customers.
Any safety hazard observed should be raised to the management as soon as it was observed and
the concern should be addressed by the management immediately.
Housekeeping Program
Given that the enterprise offered by the company is under the food sector industry, cleanliness is
one of the important factors that should be observed. Stated below are the policies that should be
followed by the assigned employees;
Kitchen Area
1. The utensils and equipment to be used in cooking should be checked and examined
before and after use.
2. The cooking area should be cleaned every hour to avoid unwanted stains in equipment
and to prevent having the prepared food contaminated.
3. After using the utensils, they should be sterilized to prevent bacteria.
4. The sterilized utensils should be put in their designated areas.
5. The cleaning materials (chemical products like muriatic acid) should be kept in a safe
room far from the kitchen and fire.

Station Area
1. The assigned employee should check the stations every hour to know if the foods in
every station are maintained and the stains from spilled foods should be cleaned.

Dining Area
1. Tables should always be cleared immediately so that other customers could be
accommodated right away.
2. The floors should be checked every time to know if it is needed to be cleaned. If so, a sign
must be put for the awareness of the customer to avoid accidents.
