CHARLES FEIT
Chief Executive Officer
Charles founded OnForce Solar in
2008 and has led its rapid growth from
a home based business to one of the
largest solar developers in New York and
has expanded the companys footprint
nationally. Under his leadership, the
company ranked in 2009, 2010, and 2011
on Inc. Magazines prestigious Inc. 500
list of the fastest growing companies in
the country. In 2012, Crains NY Business
awarded Charles the honor of Top New
York City Entrepreneur 2012. Charles is
recognized as an authority on the solar
energy industry and frequently speaks at
Cleantech events, industry roundtables,
and educational forums. Before founding
OnForce Solar, Charles had ownership in
several successful entrepreneurial
endeavors and a career investing in,
structuring, and operating several IT
consulting firms. Charles graduated with
an MBA / Masters of Computer Science
from Adelphi University in 1993.

David has played an integral part in the companys success in


becoming one of the fastest growing, turnkey solar providers
in the industry. Since joining the company in 2008 as its first
employee, David has helped build a staff of over 90 employees
and oversees the companys operations, engineering,
and installation teams. David led the companys efforts in
launching the residential division to help fortify the companys
sales to $30 million annually. In November 2013, David was

Industries Association (NYSEIA). In December 2013, David
was appointed to CUNYs NYSOLAR SMART Advisory Board, a strategic effort led by
the City University of New York (CUNY). David, a strong believer in community altruism,
was responsible for implementing a successful solar installer-training program for
underprivileged inner-city individuals, partnering with Chase Bank and The Consortium
for Worker Education. David began his career as the founder of a commercial
production company, working with major advertising agencies on prestigious, national
brands. David holds a bachelors degree in business from Adelphi University.

Paul has over 30 years of diverse financial, operations,


and information technology experience. He has built / reengineered operations for COSO compliance, headed global
software package implementations, managed line operations,
directed M&A-related on-boarding and integration projects,
constructed financial forecasting / operating models, and
implemented continuous improvement / corrective action
programs in Fortune 100 companies. Before joining OnForce
PAUL CHUDNOFSKY
Chief Operating Officer Solar, Paul served for 14 years as president of CCAI, providing
value added consulting services to the financial services
industry. Previously, Paul managed engagements for Ernst & Youngs Financial
Services / IT consulting practice, and ran their risk management competency team.
Prior to that, Paul held a number of progressively responsible positions at Phibro
Energy / Salomon Brothers, Citibanks Investment Bank, J. Henry Schroeder, and the
Department of Environmental Protection. Paul holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering
from Lafayette College, and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Christopher has over 25 years of experience in marketing,


public relations, branding, and communications and oversees
all traditional and digital marketing and communications
initiatives for the company. Prior to OnForce Solar, Christopher
was the Director of Public Relations for Citi Habitats, a
large residential real estate brokerage. In addition to his
responsibilities as public relations director, he oversaw the
firms marketing division. As vice president/managing director

Chief Marketing Officer of The Chisholm Mingo Group, Christopher managed the public
relations and marketing communications division. In addition
to being responsible for the agencys communications and marketing, he represented
companies such as Pfizer, Amtrak, Starwood Hotels, US Postal, Royal Caribbean Cruises,
General Motors and Raynal Brandy. In 1991, he founded a public relations, marketing,
and branding agency and represented a diverse range of clients, from technology firms,
fashion companies and retailers to consulting for outside public relations, branding, and
marketing firms. Christopher holds an MPA from Pace University.

OnForce Solar is an energy company committed to providing its customers with the most

intelligently designed, efficient, and cost effective energy systems available. OnForce Solar installs
solar photovoltaic systems for commercial, residential, and utility scale projects. The company has
been responsible for the sale, design, financing, and installation of hundreds of solar energy projects.
Headquartered in the Bronx, NY, the company has regional offices in New Jersey, Connecticut,
Massachusetts, Maryland, and Vermont.

Sales Management
Peter joined OnForce Solar as Regional
Director of Sales in 2013 bringing over
10 years experience in sales and business
development, with more than half
dedicated to the solar industry. Prior to
OnForce Solar, Peter founded his own
solar installation company in partnership
with a local roofing contractor and

engineering and installation. Peter went on to sell systems and
manage sales teams in the Northeast for a large national solar
integrator. Peter also worked with a solar distribution company
which helped to further enhance his solar product knowledge.
Prior to Peters experience in the solar industry, he managed sales
teams in the pharmaceutical and the photocopier industries.
Peter is passionate about the solar industry and is committed
to doing his part to help the environment. He holds a degree in
Business Management from Roger Williams University.

Mark joined OnForce Solar in October


of 2012 and has over 20 years of sales
and business development experience.
His role at the company is to create and
develop the New England commercial
solar market. For the past 12 years
Mark has been working in the financial
services industry, most recently with

solutions and consulting services to financial institutions.
Prior to Wolters Kluwer, Mark was a producer and registered
representative for the MassMutual Life Insurance Company.
Mark is passionate about the solar industry, green technologies,
and the environment. He holds a bachelors degree in Business
Administration with a minor in Landscape Architecture and
Spanish from Utah State University.

Telloyd started as a teller with HSBC/


Marine Midland Bank in 1987. He quickly
moved through the ranks and was
selected to participate in the Executive
Training Development Program at HSBC
in London. Upon returning to the US, he
managed six branches and worked in a
number of commercial lending, business

Business Development
After 18 years with HSBC, he left to
start the first branch of Residential Home Funding as owner/
manager. Telloyd has received numerous awards from community
organizations such as SEBCO, Junior Achievements, Brooklyn
YMCA, and the Herring Bone Association. He is currently a member
of National Black MBA Association and an avid contender for the
past 15 years in the annual Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival.
Telloyd holds a degree in Marketing Management from Baruch
College and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University.

John is a graduate of the University


of Delaware and has over 10 years
experience in marketing and sales.
During that time, he has provided
homeowners with various cost effective
home improvement solutions for some of
the largest companies in the Northeast.
For three years, John implemented solar
