TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

=> The Quotation is Provisional and will remain valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
=> Please deposit quotation money either by online or in cash/draft/banker's cheque(in favour of WBSEDCL).
=> Inspection at your premises will be made within 7 days (in case of Urban area) / 15 days (in case of Rural
area) from the date of deposit of quotation money.
=> At the time of inspection, compliance of following is required to have the connection as per time limit
specified in Regulation of West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission:

=> Please submit the Way Leave Permission as per Annexure-B1 of the booklet. For item no (i) of Annexure B1,
for way leave within own premises of applicant or passing over other premises as in item no (ii) will have to
be submitted separately.
=>Please deposit the quotation amount alongwith the execution of the agreement as per Annexure-B.:
=> If service connection charge is not deposited within the validity period of 90 days from the date of issue
of this quotation then the Quotation will become invalid.
=>Service Connection will be effected as per time limit specified in Regulation of West Bengal Electricity
Regulatory Commission.

=> The above quotation is based on the service connection application as per WBSEDCL-1(Annexure-A) in
accordance here application and as per the Contract Demand mentioned above.In future if the contract demand of
the said service connection is found to be increased in terms of the (Terms and Conditions of Tariff)
Regulation of the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission, then contract demand will be enhanced by the
WBSEDCL in a manner as specified in the said regulations.
=> No other charges except the quotation amount as mentioned above will be payable.
=> Security Deposit is refundable to the Consumer when he/she ceases to be a consumer of WBSEDCL subject to
adjustment of any dues.
