The deliverable lists should relate to key points in the project definition cycle when a design package is
issued. The points chosen are:

A 30% Conceptual Design estimate

A 10% Basic Design and funds approval estimate
Issued for construction package

The 30% Conceptual Design Estimate, point should be in alignment with:

The requirements of a Class 3 estimate, as defined by AACE International Recommended

Practice No 18R-97 Cost Estimate Classification System As applied in Engineering,
Procurement and Construction for the Process Industries

The requirements of a Best Practical design package at the end of Conceptual Design, as defined
by Construction Industry Institutes Project Definition Rating Index

The requirements of a Best Practical design package at the end of Conceptual Design, as defined
by Asset Performance Networks Project Pyramid
