progress made, no access into building. Franscis needs to
locate keys. 3/3/15 emailed Francis @
francis@rushproperty.com and called and left voice mail
@ 510-763-7165, requesting Francis to call me and
schedule a time to allow entry into building to inspect this
week.

Steel frame with unreinforced masonry infill at exterior
walls. Building exhibits minor damage to mortar joints on
brick portion consisting of cracked mortar joints in
localized areas and fractures in some of the veneer on
supporting columns. Corner of Adeline and 28th St. fire
damage of roof deck, skylights and possible damage to
steel truss. Large accumulation of debris and other
materials in the interior along with large amounts of bird
feces. evidence of unauthorized human habitation. Some
parts of the building not accessible for inspection. Utilities
for building are disconnected. See attached.
Marie Taylor visited site when owner provided access into
the building.
8-21-15, site visit found building graffiti was painted over,
trash and debris removed, and encampment gone. Sill
needs access to inspect roof hole from inside of building.

5-12-15 Marie Taylor visited site owner provided access to the inside of building. Inspection verified roof
in front corner of building damaged by fire was open and causing deterioration to roof structure. Trash,
debris and infested with pigeons and droppings. The Adeline side entrance door inside the building had
burnt wood, mattresses, other household items and trash. The outside still had graffiti, weeds, garbage
receptacles, trash, a breeched fence and two shelters where people were living. In order to get into
building the lock had to be cut not clear if vagrants had removed the owners lock and supplied their own.
This is an addendum to NOV sent 1-29-15. New NOV being prepared and sent this week. Re-inspection
date 8-17-15
Re-inspection date changed to 8-21.
Ownership verified through County Assessor Records. NOV mailed certified and regular 7/21/15 with
photos and appeal form. Cert # 7014 2120 0003 2603 9677
8-21-15, site visit found building graffiti was painted over, trash and debris removed, and encampment
gone. Sill needs access to inspect roof hole from inside of building, partially abated.
NOV certified return mail 7/23/15 as 'unclaimed'
