BUSINESS COMMUNICATION (SIR EISAAR

KHAN)
SPEECH ABOUT RIVALS OF QMOBILE
AS ASSIGNMENT NO.1
Hello! Good Morning, ASSALAM O ALAIKUM to
all.. and my respectful teacher Sir Eisaar
Khan. My name is Hamza Khalid and Iam here
to talk about the Rivalry of Qmobile (a
Qmobile as being a first and top leading
mobile phones brand in Pakistan). Iam very
much thankful to you Sir You have made me
to let all people know about the rivalry of
Qmobile in this smart phone age and thankful
for a very planful project through which we
the group have had enhanced ourselves with
the knowledge and experienced more with
work for the next part of our projects.
So, Just like you Guyz I was just brought-up to
believe that Qmobbile is growing and moving
up fast and faster than any other mobile
phones brand as they are running a huge staf
in an organization in a sense of Marketing,

Advertising and many other internal and

external needs of a successful business.
It also has the capability of ceasing the mobile
phones brand in Pakistan!..O_O..and yes!!
This is true..! It exactly may happen in the
next years as they are going good with all
services and products for their beloved
customers in every point places of Customer
Care Centers.
Huhh Ok well come back with me.!
Lets start with a history lesson of Qmobile v/s
Samsung.
Samsung and QMobile are both very
renowned and vastly prevalent brands in
Pakistan and their smartphones are more
common when compared to other brands like
LG or Sony. A number of reasons could be
attributed to this premise but both are trusted
mainly because Samsung has a long history
since the feature-phone era, and QMobile has
a reputation of being a Pakistani and more
afordable brand when it comes to

smartphones. We are hereby presenting a

brief head-to-head comparison of the flagship
devices from these brands, namely the
Pakistani super-phone QMobile Noir Quatro
Z4 and Samsungs Next Big Thing, the
GALAXY S5, to give you a general idea of
where they stand against each other.

version which could translate to around PKR 75,000 when the price
settles after the initial release in Pakistan. Colour options for GALAXY

S5 are Charcoal Black, Electric Blue, Shimmery White, and Copper

Gold.
Now lets move to the rivalry against dealerships

Why are 80% dealers unhappy with QMobile

Including Advance Telecom and United
Mobiles ?
The Year Was 2014, 22nd june
QMobile conducted a dealer conference in Grand Hyatt Dubai Hotel,
where 400 QMobile mobile phone dealers were invited from all over
Pakistan at the expense of QMobile. Company distributed cash prizes,
Suzuki Mehran cars and Motor Cycles based on sales performance of
individual dealers. These prizes were hidden annual incentive without any
written commitment with dealers. Mostly retailers were unhappy even they
won 5 to 10 Suzuki Mehran cars and cash prize of 300,000.
These incentives were given in the range of 1.5% to 2% depending on the
earned sales volume during the period of April 01, 2013 to March 2014.
Unhappy large dealers used to give additional discount to trade to achieve
highest sales figures to get these hidden prizes at the end of year.
According to participants of conference more than 80% dealers have
experience heavy financial loss even they have won prize of 20 to 45
Suzuki cars. QMobile management has manipulated the prizes for large
wholesalers from each major city for example from Lahore they have
given additional hidden benefit to Younas Mobile, who is selling annually
QMobile of worth rupees 2.5 billion. Small dealers committed heavy
losses due to wrong verbal commitment of hidden sales incentive. Trade
was told by the regional sales managers of QMobile minimum 4%
incentive will be awarded by the company at the end of the year. But in
reality it did not happen, and retailers committed heavy loss. It is very
much expected, this year QMobile will lose its sale volume all across the

country when 80% unhappy dealers of QMobile will not push the QMobile
to end mobile users. QMobile is now believing on aggressive TV
advertising and relying on 20% large wholesalers of Pakistan who were
benefitted under the table. With what they ill hopefully get success in
beating other mobile phones brand and dealerships like Advance Telecom
and United Mobiles Thank You ! HAVE A NICE DAY..:)
