Conclusion
The suggestion is that B can be 8.5 m so that FOS of overturning and sliding can be fulfilled , but measures to compensate for the lack of bearing capacity of soilshould be performed
For instasoil underneath the base of the wall may have the need to be replaced with the one with higher bearing capacity, OR alternatively,mini piles may be necessary to be installed
under the base and socketed into the bedrock
