University in Taipei with Professor Simon Lu.
Well, were talking about the relationship between Enterprise
Architecture and System Dynamics.
So, perhaps I could ask you to start by saying a few words
about what Enterprise Architecture actually is.

Enterprise Architecture is a thinking model and framework to
help the IT-enable business transformation for
organizations.
Especially, in nowadays, enterprises are all based on the IT
systems for their strategy and operation levels.
Its really important to make this evolution move dramatically.

complementary to the Enterprise Architecture approach.
What System Dynamics allows us to do is build working
quantified models of how any enterprise or any government
department, for example, actually works and function.
And, Professor Lu and his colleagues had made a great start
for us by translating one of my book, Strategy Dynamics
