Agreement

This contract is an agreement between ____________, henceforth known as

the Borrower, and ___________, henceforth known as Lender.
_____________ borrowed _____________ pesos on numerous occasions
between the dates of _________ to _____________.
As there is no agreement to the manner of payment, the parties deemed it best
to make another agreement regarding the payment.
In this new set of agreement, the conditions for this loan are as follows:
Borrower will begin payment of loan on ______________.
Borrower will repay the amount __________ pesos every 15th day of the
month. For this purpose the Lender will provide a bank account name and
number wherein the Borrower may deposit the payments. The Lender may
opt to be paid via courier (LBC or Palawan Express), however the cost of the
transfer of the payment shall be deducted from the amount to be paid every
month.
The final date for payment will be on ___________. After the final payment
the Lender shall issue a certificate/acknowledgment that Borrower no longer
has any unpaid obligations to the Lender via email or registered mail.
Lender or will not in any way harass or make communications to the
Borrower or any member of the Borrowers family and acquaintances during
the period of the payment of the loan. It is agreed that the Lender may only
communicate with the Borrower regarding inquiries about the loan. No other
topic shall be entertained by the Borrower.
After the final payment, the Lender shall not in any manner communicate
with the Borrower, the Borrowers family and acquaintances. Violation of
this provision will be considered as harassment and shall entitle the
Borrower to file criminal and/or civil cases against the Lender.
