To perform all transactions and legal acts according to IronFX Global Limited (IronFX) Trading
Terms and Conditions or any other business terms which are entered into with IronFX and which govern
the client relationship as if they are performed by the Principal itself
Thus the Principal understands and agrees that:
1. IronFX is permitted to accept from the Attorney, without any inquiry or investigation, any order or
instruction for the purchase and sale of any of the Financial Instruments and any other property in
the Principals account(s);
2. IronFX is permitted to accept any order modifications and deletions from the Attorney, without any
inquiry or investigation, in regards to the Principals account(s);
3. IronFX is permitted to accept from the Attorney, without any inquiry or investigation, any order
and/or instruction in regards to deposit and/or receiving funds to and from IronFX, to give orders
to deposit money in the Principal account(s), to withdraw and/or transfer funds credited in the
Principal account(s) and give orders to withdraw and/or transfer funds credited in the Principal
account(s) and/or charge such account(s) with unlimited amount of funds;
4. IronFX is permitted to reveal all information about the Principal account(s) to the Attorney and
thus, for instance, send copy of any, or all transaction notifications/information, account statements
etc. to the Attorney;
5. IronFX has no responsibility or liability to the Principal in regards to any instructions or orders
received by the Attorney;
6. IronFX shall accept all instructions given by the Attorney, whether orally or in writing, in relation
to the Principal account. IronFX shall not be obliged to make any enquiry of the Principal or of any
other person before acting on such instructions.
This power of attorney shall remain in effect until terminated in writing by the Principal and
correspondingly confirmed in writing by IronFX. This power of attorney is made pursuant to the laws
of the Republic of Cyprus and, in the event of a dispute, is agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the district court of the Republic of Cyprus.
THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY HAS BEEN EXECUTED AS A DEED AND IS DELIVERED AND
TAKES EFFECT ON THE FINAL SIGNATURE BELOW.
