If someone tripped over a legal case it will certainly be accompanied by the

lawyer or the Legal Counsel of either paid or free of Legal Aid (LBH). Then the
lawyer will defend companions during in the trial court. Whenever I watch TV I
always noticed the lawyer of the accused, but some people are still wondering what
the heck work lawyers? the one really defended?
in criminal law there is a principle called the presumption of innocent, where
a person is not considered guilty before the judge convicted the accused of the
decision is legally binding (where the defendant / attorney did an appeal /
cassation). People need to know also that the person who holds the status of the
suspect or the accused was not sure he could be convicted, because the criminal is
also known as an excuse and justification.
Basically in criminal law the position of judges and prosecutors tend to be
superior to an accused and this is where lawyers play an active role to balance these
positions, then the lawyer will be on duty to protect and uphold the rights of a suspect
as entitled to a lawyer, fair treatment, entitled to receive visits from family (article 5058 criminal Code of criminal Procedure). where the role of a lawyer to ensure that
suspects / defendants receive legal certainty.

If we talk about law, court, there must be a justice. Indonesia, is a State of

Law which is based on social justice for all Indonesian people, Most people still
think that it is equally fair, share something with equal parts.
Justice was not equally. Justice was proportionate, fair it's about putting something
according to their ability and without recourse. Justice according to the person may
not be perceived to be fair by others. But definition of Justice is essentially treats a
person or other parties in accordance with their rights.
Every human being has the right to justice, either from the public or from the
state. That the rights of every person is be acknowledged and treated in accordance
with the dignity and status, are equal. Justice can't be discriminative.
Types of fairness and understanding

Justice Legal or Moral Justice: Justice clan law is a common spiritual

substance and communities create and maintain unity.

Distributive Justice: Justice will be done when where the same things are

treated equally and things are not equal is not equal.

Commutative Justice: The principle of coherence and order in society.
Unfortunately there are still many cases, especially in Indonesia where people
demanding equality with the pretext of justice.
Justice in each State must be in accordance with the regulations that have

been set by the State respectively. The development of law enforcement in Indonesia
is still far from the expected because the law in Indonesia has not been carried out
fairly. It also occurs due to the ineffectiveness of the rule of law and the State's ability
to protect the rights of social and political violations citizen and authorities.
