1. Program development and designing
Since last 17 years I have been involved in developing project proposals - LFAs,
overseeing all kind of projects, overall projects planning, budgeting, conducting SWOTs
- appraisals, preparation of all kinds of projects reports and financial reports, leading
projects teams, liaison with project stakeholders, heading various inter-organizational
committees, staff recruitments, conducting PRAs, identify and resolve issues and

I have been involved in preparation of various types of budgets forecasting, meeting
financial targets by ensuring transparency and accountability, overseeing that the
financial records are maintained properly, ensure that the requisitions are made in time,
preparation of contingency plans to deal with emerging over or under-spends, responding
to audit queries and findings, maintaining zero percent tolerance in terms of any fraud
and corruption, oversee that the asset inventories are updated regularly along with their
proper security, prepared and updated financial policies.
