Dear Parent or Guardian,
Greenwood Freshman Center will hold Parent/Teacher Conferences on Thursday, October 20, 2016. Teachers and staff members will be available to
discuss your students progress thus far during the first semester. Progress reports will be available in the front lobby of the Freshman Center on
the night of conferences. Visitation hours will be 3:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. You may visit at your convenience during the set hours. Please sign in
with each teacher you visit. Teachers will be stationed in their individual classrooms for your convenience. Please remember to visit your
students advisory teacher because they may have additional paperwork for you to sign. All staff members and their room numbers are listed
below. Due to the limited time and the great number of students per teacher, extended conferences may be scheduled for another date and
time.
Please note teachers and staff members will break for dinner at the time listed below. You may want to adjust your schedule so as not to conflict with
the instructors break.
The administration and staff appreciate the time you invest in your childs education. We look forward to meeting with you on October 20 th, as we
partner with you equipping your student with the tools necessary to become successful young adults.
