Heat Exchanger discharge piping installed and secured.
Engine cooling system filled with correct mixture of antifreeze and water
per engine manufacturer.
Engine filled with oil per engine manufacturer.
Engine water jacket heater wired (powered by breaker separate from
engine controller).
Battery terminals cleaned and connected to the engine.
Batteries filled with recommended electrolytes and fully charged.
Power wiring to the controller for the battery charger completed.
All control wires connected between engine and controller, and field
wiring contacts.
Engine pre-heater connected to a dedicated AC power source
Crankcase oil level full
Sufficient fuel in the fuel tank to complete the test.
