NOTICE
Minority Quota Admissions: LL.B.-3-LL.B-5
It has been brought the notice of the CET CELL that while admitting Minority
students to Minority Colleges in the First Round of LL.B-3 and LL.B.-5 admissions, Minority
candidates of higher merit were left out.
On verifying the System, it was reported by the System that while running the First
Merit List the candidates having filled in the following details were left out.

The Competent Authority has already intimated to the Principals and the Candidates in the
Provisional Admission Letter issued to the Candidate that if any machine error is brought to the
notice of the Authority, the Competent Authority will take action as mentioned under:
Since this is the attempt to make admissions through On-line process assisted by the Computer
without any personal counselling, some machine errors in the processing cannot be ruled out. If any
such error is brought to the notice of the Competent Authority, the right to make necessary
amendments in the merit list of the admitted candidates is reserved by the Competent Authority.
The seat allotment displayed in the Provisional Admission Letter is subject to
Cancellation/Alteration/Modification by the Competent Authority to maintain/safeguard the Merit, if
there is any change in the Merit list by way of inclusion of the candidate having higher merit in
particular Medium/Subject/Method, Category left out by the Machine Error.

To give justice to the meritorious students left out of the process and taking recourse to the provisions
mentioned above, the Competent Authority has directed to run the First round of allotment again
taking into consideration the left out candidates mentioned in the table for safe guarding the merit in
admission process.
As a result there will be reallocation of the LL.B.-3 and LL.B-5 Admissions and revised Provisional
Admission Letter and Revised Admission List will be generated and displayed in the College and

Candidates log in on 14 September 2016.
The Colleges are directed to admit the students as per the Revised Allocation List which will be
displayed. Revised admission letter will be number as AB------.
The College Principals are directed to refund the Tuition Fee and Other Fee paid by the candidate
immediately along with their original documents.
The candidates reallocated by this revised process are advised to download the revised admission letter
and report to the new colleges.
Those candidates who had lower merit and are left out in this reallocation process stand a chance of
allocation in the next round.
As a result of this the last date of reporting to college is rescheduled to 19th September and last date of
th
uploading and admitting status by the college will be 20 September 2016.
The next second round of admission will be on 22nd September 2016
The revised Time table will be updated on the web site.
