I, Maximiliano E. Vieja, parent of Max Werner C. Vieja (5 th YEAR - BS in Architecture),
is requesting for your permission to please allow our son to take his OJT this summer. He
failed enough subjects that lead him to get an academic standing of UNRA. My son
and I have already discussed about this matter and he has my full consent. He promises to
improve academically to pursue decent grades and get a good academic standing on his
last year in FEU if you would give him another opportunity. Thank you; we hope that you
would reconsider.
