Monolithic Isolation Joints:

The Klinger distributed and IGP manufactured Monolithic Isolation Joints are boltless
structures that provides electrical resistance between the pipeline sections and adjoining
structures, thus providing the effectiveness of the Cathodic Protection System ( CP systems).
The insulation joints are superior to insulation kit gasket assemblies.
These joints are preassembled at the factory and are ready to be welded into the pipe line at
site

Monolithic Insulation Joints are manufactured from 1 to 48 for different ratings as per
ANSI standards.
Monolithic Insulation Joints are designed for temperatures ranging from -20C to 170C.
Monolithic Insulation Joints are designed as per ANSI 16.25 and are tested at 1.5 times the
design pressure.

Quality Assurance :
Manufacturer IGP have been accredited by DNV Quality assurance programs since 1996 and
comply with ISO 9001-2008.
All insulation joints will be tested before despatch from their factory. Proper identification and
installation procedures will be furnished.
Chemical and Mechanical test certificates for all material elements used will be provided as per
standards

We will provide computerized calculations for verification of mechanical strengths of the joints
in compliance with ASME VIII DIV.1, APP.2 and applicable codes (ANSI B31.3, 31.4, 31.8) or
according to customer/end user specifications.
