2016
IITJEE Talent Reward Exam is a platform to help Students know their true standing at
National Level. Based on the performance in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam (FTRE), Students
will also get to know their Rank Potential Index (RPI) / Success Potential Index (SPI) which will
help them in understanding their current ability and how they can bridge the gap between their
current potential & future aspirations. Students will also get suggestions to plug loopholes so that
they can plan their study schedule and improve upon their shortcomings in order to perform to their
optimum on any Exam day.
Students of Class V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X & XI securing a Rank in Top 500 will get a
Certificate of Achievement.
Students of Class VII, VIII, IX, X & XI must appear in both Papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) to become
eligible for Cash Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers / Hostel Fee waivers (if applicable).
Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers (if applicable) will be
decided on the basis of combined performance in Paper 1 & Paper 2. To avail Scholarship, Student
must also score above the minimum cut-off marks in each subject (subject total of both papers).
A Student has to appear in both papers in order to be considered for selection.
In case of Class V & VI, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs will be decided on the basis of
performance in the Paper and will be subject to scoring above the minimum cut-off marks
in each subject of the Paper.

Every School Principal has the exclusive privilege to recommend a maximum of
35 Students (3 Students each from Class V, VI, VII, 5 Students each from
Class VIII & IX, 8 Students each from Class X & XI) and FIITJEE Talent Reward
Exam registration fee will be waived off for these recommended Students.
In case a reputed School, with a large number of talented Students is desirous
of recommending more than 35 Students, then it should contact the nearest
FIITJEE centre, in writing. The final discretion in this case will remain with the
respective FIITJEE Centre Head / Centre Coordinator. Decision will be based on the
performance of that school in JEE Advanced, JEE Main, KVPY, Olympiads, SAT &
NTSE in the previous years.
Schools & Students can download the Recommendation Form for FIITJEE Talent
Reward Exam from www.fiitjee-ftre.com and submit it along with the FIITJEE Talent
Reward Exam Paper Application Form.

Following this, an online account for Students registering offline will be created automatically and the
username / password will be printed on the hall ticket. It is mandatory that you log in with this username
and password at our Online services management portal www.fiitjeelogin.com and update your Full Profile
as early as possible, but before the test.
Once your profile is complete, Youll see an option to download the Sample papers, View OMR sheet images
etc. Students who fail to complete their online profile, will not be able to download the sample papers or
view their OMR sheet images or check test result online.

password or Create a new Account.
2. Update your profile and proceed for online registration.
3. If you are already registered for a previous test or Enrolled in a FIITJEE Program, use Add Registration
Number/ Add Enrollment Number utility before updating your profile.
4. You have the option to pay the test Fee using Master / Visa (Credit / Debit Cards) or through NEFT.
5. Once your payment is successfully done, you can download the Hall ticket from the same online portal.

2. Provide your Class, Name, e-Mail ID, Mobile Number, Test Centre Code and Study Centre Code wherever
required. Youll receive an e-mail and SMS carrying an A/C Number.
3. Visit any Banks branch in any city (Preferably where you / your parents have an account) and request
them to transfer the test fee through NEFT to the account number sent to you on the e-mail / SMS.
Within a few hours of NEFT funds credited into FIITJEEs account, you would be able to download your
Hall ticket from the URL given in e-Mail / SMS.
4. You can also pay the test fee through Master / Visa (Credit / Debit Card) or through NEFT from online
banking / Online Banking App of any Bank in this option.
An online account for Students registering through Quick Registration on mobile will be created
automatically and the username / password will be provided in the e-Mail / SMS. It is mandatory that you
log in with this username and password at our Online services management portal www.fiitjeelogin.com
Update your Full Profile as early as possible, but before the test. Once your profile is complete, Youll see
an option to download the Sample papers, View OMR sheet images etc. Students who fail to do so, will not
be able to download sample papers, view their OMR sheet images and check test result online.

higher Rank will be assigned to the Student who has obtained higher marks in Physics (in case of Class VII to XI) / Science
(in case of Class V & VI). If marks obtained in all subjects are same, then the same rank will be assigned to all the Students.
How will Cash Scholarship be calculated if more than one Student secure the same Rank ?
If Rank 1 has been awarded to two Students, then the total scholarship amount of Rank 1 & Rank 2 will be equally divided
between both the Students.
What will be the next best Rank, if more than one Student secure the same Rank ?
If Rank 1 has been awarded to two Students, then the next best Rank will be determined as Rank 3.

Conditions
: Students of Class VII, VIII, IX, X & XI must appear in both Papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) to become eligible for Cash
Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers / Hostel Fee waivers (if applicable). Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs
and Hostel Fee Waivers (if applicable) will be decided on the basis of combined performance in Paper 1 & Paper 2. To avail
Scholarship, Student must also score above the minimum cut-off marks in each subject (subject total of both papers).
A Student has to appear in both papers in order to be considered for selection.
In case of Class V & VI, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs will be decided on the basis of performance in the Paper and
will be subject to scoring above the minimum cut-off marks in each subject of the Paper.
Note 2
: FTRE Rank will be based on the Total Marks. If the Total marks scored by two or more Students are same, then higher Rank
will be assigned to the Student who has obtained higher marks in Mathematics. If marks obtained in Mathematics are same,
higher Rank will be assigned to the Student who has obtained higher marks in Physics (in case of Class VII to XI) / Science
(in case of Class V & VI). If marks obtained in all subjects are same, then the same rank will be assigned to all the Students.
How will Cash Scholarship be calculated if more than one Student secure the same Rank ?
If Rank 1 has been awarded to two Students, then the total scholarship amount of Rank 1 & Rank 2 will be equally divided
between both the Students.
What will be the next best Rank, if more than one Student secure the same Rank ?
If Rank 1 has been awarded to two Students, then the next best Rank will be determined as Rank 3.
Note 3
: The final discretion of awarding the Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee Waivers in each
case will remain with FIITJEE management and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

: To get the Cash Scholarship (not applicable for Students presently in Class V, VI & VII), Fee Waivers & other benefits related to
FTRE - 2016, one has to enroll in any one of these FIITJEE programs from 7th January to 23rd January, 2017 :

(i) For Class V Students (going to VI in 2017)

For Class IX (going to X in 2017) Students joining Three Year Classroom Program, please refer to Scholarship Grid on
page 23 - Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from April 2017 to May 2020.

For Class X (going to XI in 2017) Students joining Two Year Program, total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal
quarterly installments and disbursed from April 2017 to May 2019.

For Class XI (going to XII in 2017) Students joining One Year Classroom Program, total Cash Scholarship will be divided in
equal quarterly installments and disbursed from April 2017 to May 2018.
Note 6
: Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in Phase Tests during the course will be a criterion
for eligibility of continuity of disbursement of quarterly Cash Scholarship. The final discretion in each case will
remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.
Note 7
: Cash Scholarships will be paid to Students through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the Student only.
Note 8
: Fee Waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee Waivers are valid for the above-mentioned select programs
as mentioned in Note 4.
Note 9
: Hostel fee concessions (if any) are valid only for FIITJEEs associate hostels / lodging & boarding facilities
(wherever available & for male Students only) made available through FIITJEE, subject to the Student
joining that particular hostel and availability of seats. The concession will be given monthly between April,
2017 to May, 2021 for joining Four Year Classroom / Integrated School Program for JEE Advanced, 2021 OR
between April, 2017 to May, 2020 for joining Three Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2020 OR between
April, 2017 to May, 2019 for joining Two Year Integrated School / Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2019 OR
between April, 2017 to May, 2018 for joining One Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2018
and only for the duration of Integrated School / Classroom program. The Hostel Fee concessions (if any) are
valid for the above mentioned programs only. The hostel fee concessions (if any) will be paid directly to the hostel
owner by FIITJEE. Hostel fee concessions (if any) is for accommodation only. Food, transportation & other self
expenses are to be borne by the Students. To avail this concession, Students must have Optimum Performance
in Phase Tests & National Level Tests and a minimum of 90% monthly attendance in their respective
Classes at FIITJEE. Hostel facility is available at select FIITJEE Centres only.
Note 10 : FIITJEE Students already enrolled in Classroom / Integrated School Program can appear in FIITJEE Talent
Reward Exam to find out their current level of preparation and their projected Rank in JEE Main & Advanced
/ Other Competitive Entrance Examinations. We are already committed to these Students in giving our
complete support at any point of their preparation. FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam is only for giving the
feedback to their preparation and no Scholarships / Fee Waivers will be awarded to such Students. However,
FIITJEE Students will be entitled for rewards as per their actual performance in JEE Advanced, JEE Main,
Olympiads, KVPY, XII Board, NTSE & Jr. Olympiad.
Note 11 : Students presently in Class X & enrolled (with an exit option after Class X) at FIITJEE in Four Year / Three Year
Classroom Program can join (if selected) PINNACLE - Two Year Integrated School Program / Two Year
Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2019 through this test. However, they will not be entitled for any
cash scholarships & fee waivers offered through this test.

as a FIITJEE Student and they are entitled for benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining
any one of these programs (a) SUPREME - Four Year Integrated School Program for JEE Advanced, 2021 ;
(b) Four Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2021.
Note 13 : Students presently in Class VI and enrolled at FIITJEE in Little Genie - One Year Foundation Program can register as
a FIITJEE Student and they are entitled for benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining any one
of these programs (a) UDAYA Plus -Two Year Integrated School Program ; (b) UDAYA - Two Year Classroom Program.
Note 14 : FIITJEE Rankers Study Material (RSM), All India Test Series (AITS) & Jr. Rankers Study Material (JRSM)
Students joining a FIITJEE Classroom / Integrated School Program will be entitled for Fee waivers offered
through this Exam. The course fee already paid for the current Program will not be adjusted or refunded.
Note 15 : Any Student studying at FIITJEE can avail only one scholarship (including Cash Scholarships awarded through
Talent Reward Exam etc.) during his / her entire academic session of the program he / she joins at FIITJEE.
Once a Student enrolls in a FIITJEE Program through FIITJEEs Talent Reward Exam / Admission Test etc. and he
/ she reappears in any future FIITJEEs Test then he / she will not be eligible to claim any Scholarship through the
latter Test. However, Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement in KVPY / Olympiads / NTSE / JSTSE / MTSE /
SSTSE / X Board / XII Board will remain applicable, but the Student can only claim the Scholarship higher amongst
the two - i.e. either the Scholarship based on FIITJEEs Talent Reward Exam / Admission Test etc. or the Scholarship
based on Scholastic Achievement (already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same).
Note 16 (a): The registered office of FIITJEE is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature whatsoever shall be
referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall
be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory
modification thereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the Arbitrator shall be final & binding.
It is further agreed that in spite of the fact that the Sole Arbitrator may be known to any of the Directors or
shareholders or may have been appointed as an arbitrator earlier by the company shall not disqualify him.
Even if the Arbitrator may have expressed an opinion in a similar matter earlier shall also not render him
disqualified. The seat of the Arbitration will be New Delhi / Delhi.
Note 16 (b): Subject to Note 16 (a) hereinabove, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in New Delhi / Delhi
Courts only.
Note 1
: If a Student appears in FIITJEE admission test (including FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam ) for the second time,
Scholarship if awarded, in the latter test will be scaled down by one slab so that he / she does not have any
undue advantage over a fresh Student appearing for the first time.
Note 2
F IITJEE reserves the right to change / cancel any program, eligibility criterion, and course fee without
prior notice.

Taking forward the initiative of helping the economically

underprivileged to a larger level, in the year 2008, FIITJEE
constituted FORTUNATE 40. It is a program aimed to provide
World-Class training to serious Students from financially weaker
backgrounds to achieve their goal of success & Top Ranks in
IIT-JEE and Other Competitive Exams.
The program will financially support capable Students presently
studying in Class VIII (going to IX) & Class X (going to XI) whose
total household income is less than Rs. 10,000/- per month.
FIITJEE will support these meritorious Students in their preparation
for achieving their dream goal by awarding 100% scholarships
for FIITJEE programs & 100% waivers on hostel charges. For
Integrated School Program the school fee will be charged
from the Student (at some locations scholarship on school fee
may also be awarded). The FORTUNATE 40 batch for each
program, at each location, will have a maximum of 40 Students
only. Students will have to appear for a selection test on
5th February, 2017. There is no registration fee for the selection
test. To be eligible for the FORTUNATE 40 batch, Students
have to clear the individual subject cut-offs & also the grand
total cut-off. Selected Students will be notified and admitted
to the program with 100% scholarships.

Aspirants of JEE Advanced, 2019 {(Students presently in X (going to Class XI in 2017)} &
Aspirants of JEE Advanced, 2021 {(Students presently in viii (going to Class IX in 2017)}
Last date to apply : Thursday, 2 nd February 2017
Fee for Test : Nil
Eligibility to appear in Selection Test
1. The Student should be presently studying in Class VIII / X and should be an aspirant of JEE
Advanced, 2021 / JEE Advanced, 2019 respectively.
2. Student should be from Central Government School or a State Government school for
underprivileged section of society for example Students studying in Navodaya Vidyalaya
Samiti Schools. The total household income should be less than Rs. 10,000/- per month.

Other Students (studying in public / private schools) may also apply. However, their application
will be considered on a case-to-case basis and on the discretion of the management.
Criteria for Scholarships
Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of
performance and will be subject to scoring above the minimum cut-off marks in the Selection Test.
Thereafter, Students may be called for an interview at their respective study centre.
To avail Hostel Fee waivers, Students must have Optimum Performance in Phase Tests & National
Level Tests and a minimum of 90% monthly attendance in their respective Classes at FIITJEE. Hostel
facility is available at select FIITJEE Centres only.
The final discretion on awarding the Scholarship in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this
decision will be final and binding on the candidate.
