CHARGE HANDING OVER REPORT OF ASSISTANT ENGINEER,

MECHANICAL/STAGE2, ONUKUDELLI.M.H.E.(J) SCHEME FROM

The Assistant Engineer/Mechanical/indoor/stage2 has got jurisdiction of works are Stage2
O&M works and establishment works of turbine floor staff. With reference vide memo
no.SE/O&M/Mkd/Adm/D.No.158/2012Dt 22.03.2013,
1) STAGE2 OPERATION AND MAINTENACE WORKS.
2) ESTABLISHMENT WORKS OF TURBINE FLOOR STAFF..
The details of works are mentioned below.
Staff and allocation particulars list is herewith enclosed
I.

STAGE2 OPERATION AND MAINTENACE WORKS:(1) Turbines of 2nd stage units (2) spherical valves of 2nd stage units (3) Governors (4)
oil Units 5) pressure Regulator valves (6) Bearings of 2 nd stage units and all other work to
above equipments, staff and allocation of work sheet enclosed.

Material Status.
1) 01 No 2nd stage UGB, 01 No 2nd stage LGB and 1 No. 2 nd stage thrust pad(Sent
for sample) are given to M/S.Venkateswara Agricultural works on 24-03
-2015, Vide T.Note No-526, Gate pass No.6530 for repair / recondition as there
are no spares.
2) Dismantled damaged materials of 2nd stage is kept in power house for
devolution to be sent o&m stores.s
.
The O&M Staff available in the section carries out the day by day maintenance
works of Power House. Major maintenance and over-hauling works carried out by out
sourcing.
Major works completed:
1) Unit.No.4,5 and 6 complete Turbine overhauling work was done.
2) 2nd stage units damaged bearings replaced and align the TG shaft.
3) Unit 4 and 6 MIV over haul work was done
4) Governor heat exchanger pipelines & valves for Unit-4&6 are replaced with new
ones
5) Lube oil cooler gate valves for units-4,5,6 are replaced with new ones.
6) 6 T-joint pipelines of upstream & downstream pipelines for Units- 4, 6 were
replaced with new ones.

2)ESTABLISHMENT WORKS OF TURBINE FLOOR SHIFT STAFF:
