Task Procedures:
1. Attention class! The teacher get the pupils attention. The pupils respond
Quiet, Look,Listen! by doing the body gestures being taught.
Classroom management: Then the teacher says Tip-toe to get pupils to
gather infront silently.
2. Introduce the topic as below:
a. Show two posters on the board that is Practice Makes Perfect and Kuang
Heng, The Hardworking Boy.
Look at the posters (Point to the poster).
b. Ask pupils
i. What do you see in the picture 1? A boy? An arrow?
ii. What about in picture 2? Can you see a book there? Can you see a
a girl? What else can you see in the picture? Are you sure?
iii. What happen to the boy in picture 1? Is he a good boy? Why do
you say so?
iv. What about the boy in picture 2? Are you sure?
c. Then, the teacher shows word cards consisting good values such as
honesty, diligence, kindness, love,sharing, helpful. The teacher says,

Listen, listen. Listen by doing the gestures (a hand is put near the ear).
d. Say the words on the word card clearly and paste it on the board.
e. Next, show some picture cards that is showing the values as shown in the
word cards. Tell the pupils about the values in the picture shown.
f.

Ask the pupils to talk about the picture and name the value based on the
picture again.
i. What does this picture show again? What is the value?

g. Repeat these steps for all the pictures.


Managing errors and mistakes:
a. Correct the pupil instantly when they say or pronounce the word incorrectly.
b. Give a clue when the pupils do not remember the words for the picture shown. For
example, for picture
, give an initial letter L and the pupils guess
the full word.
Reward and Feedback
1. A Guessing Game will be conducted as the feedback or revision of the lesson.
2. Guessing Game will be the activity for revising the values learnt. It is conducted as
below:
a. Group pupils into 4.
b. Every group will take turn to guess the clue given.
c. The teacher gives a clue, A boy is helping a blind man to cross the
road.
d. The pupils guess the answer. (e.g kindness)
