wound care procedures. I will explain to the patients that keeping the
wound clean and apply the right dressing are playing an important role
for the wound to heal. Additionally, I will give the pain medication at
least 30 minutes before to help the client feel comfortable (Potter et al,
2014). I will do the documentation after I finish all the work.
