This data sheet shall be read in conjunction with MM-ZTK-1B-WPX-MEC-SPE-0011, "Project Particular Specification for Diesel Oil Filter". Vendor to provide process and mechanical design calculations

in compliance with this specification and process design condition specified.

The vessel and its supports shall be designed for wind, seismic and transportation loads in accordance with MM-ZTK-1B-WPX-MEC-SPE-0011, "Project Particular Specification for Diesel Oil filter"

The loads and moments on the platform&pipe support cleats/clips shall be provided by the Purchaser, it is the Vendor's responsibility to perform the load analysis for the shell/head
at the support locations. Nozzle and lugs loads and moments shall be in accordance with PEGS-0710-PVS-001, "Unfired Pressure Vessels".

9.4

Design, Fabrication, Procurement and Installation of all the process internals and welded attachments / internal supports inside the vessels shall be in Vendor's scope of work. The Vendor shall

Vendor shall provide process performance guarantee and mechanical design guarantee for vessel and all internals.

Vendor to provide rated blind flanges for nozzles like vent, drain etc. which are not connected with piping.

10.0

PROCESS NOTES

10.1

Pressure drop shall be as minimum as possible and meet following requirements:

The Vendor to confirm the data indicated and provide calculations to support the mechanical and process guarantee, confirmation of nozzle sizes and level settings for the selected internals.

The Vendor to design suitable inlet and outlet device as required to optimize size and performance of equipment as per performance criteria specified process requirement.

The Vendor to supply of dimensional drawing for filter element, internal supports, etc. All internals shall be removable via the end flange.

The Vendor shall clearly indicate proposed design life and change out / clean out frequency for all internals.

10.5

Filter supplier to indicate the maximum pressure drop (normal flow and reverse flow) allowable for the filtering/coalescing elements.

10.6

The vessel is to be suitable for operation on a fixed offshore wellhead platform and is to be provided with all necessary internals and devices to allow correct operation in this environment.

Vendor shall suggest appropriate inlet/outlet device for optimum performance.
