2. Having seen the agreements assigned and situated by Minsk and its efforts to come to
accordance? In so being an order of business to situate, the undecided agreed to a
package of measures to alleviate the ongoing war in the Donbass region of Ukraine. In so
supplying an author's revision-ment privilege a focal effort overseen by the Organization
for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), whose we situated were organized in
response to the collapse of the Minsk Protocol ceasefire in JanuaryFebruary 2015 and a
Trilateral Contact Group will be recognized in such a way and such an new package of
measures is intended to revive the Protocol, which had been agreed to on 5 September
2014.
3. In noting there is always a war we can lose, and if such is describe winning is only for
fools suggests the paradigm we contend for is neither win nor lose in its own expression
of unbiased response to the start of January 2015, the separatist forces of the Donetsk
People's Republic (DPR) and Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) did situate a rift to
contend for?
4. Noted by their exercise in free speech, and in its recognition of glasnost perestroika
and in so stating iota of criminal regression concepts of underworld E Ts, an
allocation subsidy, or restitution increments, shall be designed for Organization for
Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), and dispersed as commonly understood
to the nice Eastern separatist economies, exclusively earmarked for social welfare and
grade school priority's that from United States attorney general and European Union-
NATOS quarter for their part in meddling in so aggravating mayhem and counter
point involvement in the Ukraine Republic subsequent to the Russian Federations
deploy hiatus we see. Also noted it may be fair to some to consider a side's as suchly
48% Wests side to 52% Easts a sides so please use care and re pore when an
assessment of ambiguous circumstances arise?
7. In an effort to suchly stand beside Her and guide Her, and in its own reputable
satire-s so being endowed with conscience and reason a matter to assimilate for-s, a
witness we described does appear to recall the Honorable Mr. Gorbachevs and Mr.
Bush's open ended prevent war strategy will be the issue? The subjects of global
telepathic conveyance twenty years or more is a test of law and orders legitimate
reputation as we see?
9. By virtue of his unprecedented accounting the records show the failure to appear at
County escrows a tentative need to note purposely disrupted our telepathic research to
resort to neither security nor friendly re pore we had up. The word of wafer is opposed
in an area of Court attire double side's to live their life railroading our efforts to
assimilate a civil identity in an effort to use a good faith effort to change the subject of
the deputies intended curricular?
2. In an expression of preliminary observation, and due to the fact the Ukraine was
recently a part of the Soviet Union, this and-s the relative proximity of its location,
general consensus of our supplement seems to lean toward 20 million
per annular increment for a period of ten years be allocated by the United States and
NATO insignias toward an Ukraine approved and re-distribution to suchly indicated
leaders escrow the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and Lugansk People's Republic
(LPR)?
4. In so seeking part restitution and partial supplemental be accounted for, a good faith
effort to signify we are unified in assisting the Partys will be necessary, so consider
ways and meaningful re pore with a view toward working relations in discretionary
logic with the Parties of such an implementation. The subject of overhead costs and
resource management in areas of lending a hand, bearing in mind the Eastern quarter
of the Ukraine as described by President Putins un-released 9 page plan reported by
Russian Television reports 11 March 2015 will allow for climate of growth here by.
5. At so situating partially liable in ambiguous assimilation's, the assigned sectors and its
solutions may avoid further riffs and discrepancies. The allocation is being described
as both liabilitys and supple mental, bearing in mind-s the ambiguous definitions and
the arguments of sudden outbreaks of fighting as such illustrates a need for arbitration
and dialog.
7. In so siding the nine-page peace plan proposed by Putin in mid-January shall be the
basis for the initiative the French and German leaders coming to Moscow in
accordance with the terms and text as so said to contain the promise of more
autonomy for the rebel-held eastern Ukraine areas, and more protection for the
Russian language and culture. And in so noted exhibits (a) the Image, Entity and
described higher power visual aide or "act of God's" and exhibit (b) Demographic
research by Wiki encyclodedia and media resource forms an integral part of of its
resounding re pore to which we see faulty constraints by Orange County social
workers conspire seditious acts of treason against our flag.
9. Despite the uncertainty of German Chancellor Angela Merkel and President Francois
Hollandes remarks on this updated Memorandum and in anticipation for the Duly
dissenting arguments, the subject of the details of the initiative to our attention have
not been officially disclosed, a but they a German newspaper Suddeutsche
Zeitung done reported that it would give the separatists more autonomy and allow
them to keep territory they have captured in the last few days.
10. In accordance with this provision and by virtue of our higher powers who is all
knowing, a trilateral Commission will agree to convene on the pertinent security and
welfare related subjects. The talks that led to the deal, overseen by the Organization
for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE),in consultations and in agreement
with representatives of particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts within the
framework of the Trilateral Contact Group where by?
11. The security of the oil pipelines owned and assigned to the Russian Federation in
accordance with this Provision are to be maintained and serviced by the discretion of
either the Russian leader or his spokes persons ambiguous reservation or by the State
Duma or Russian Federation Parliament. The subject of fuel for all, in our own
expression of working relationships, will assist a need to assist in these detriments?
12. Having read the Minsk protocol and in view of the relative questions that did arise,
the subject of Independent Marquis or statehood's will be taken up as to differentiate
with rebel rouses, a need for limited respect to self-rule and much debated limited de-
centralized assistance, a connotative for re pore and documents necessary to contend
their reasonable need for affluent Western aid in an undertaking of service and protect
toward our friendly Eastern regional needs?
13. In so describing to the very nice Russian leaders, the high recommendations to the
Trilateral Contact group so assigned will be as such to describe a need to support
some land parcel acquisition-ments such as a residence be allocated for each duly
processed participant free and clear of taxes for the first three years and no such
mortgage be due thereafter? The subject of fair and reasonable apportionment with a
view to limited self-determination in accordance with these Paragraphs will be the
subject in an effort to conduct business with the Eastern flanks spokesperson DPR
leaderAlexander Zakharchenko, and LPR leader Igor Plotnitsky who so will be asked
to provide a sworn and estimated assessment and numerical accounts in so
documenting the defended actions be eligible for housing or apartment title benefits as
so described in this provision by virtue of all who come to see not a human interest to
side such is overseen by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe
(OSCE), who were organized in response to the collapse of the Minsk Protocol
ceasefire in JanuaryFebruary 2015
14. In view of the details necessary to assist an effective and arbitrary means of extending
fuel, energy, security, 911 critical life emergency services, and economic assistance
from either Moscow or E U USA. the subject of who is to provide for the a fore
specified, re-construction of infrastructure with a view to Chapter 13 legitimate
concerted attention as agreed minutes as to the limitation in question be considered
open ended?
15. The subject of the Chief of police and the Police chiefs association will continue
to be the subject to the noted emphasis of law and order. In such as describe an perfect
world we see a Police rank and file do hold much calibration therefore in so saying
militia, an re pore with police in area will be the ways and means to undertake a
deputized sworn oath to the Court's attention for non-other than employment and
voluntary service.
16. In such a deliberate and callous dis-regard for law and order the contention we
situate along with police authorized permits to own nor brandish a fire arm will
continue to be the subject's. So contending a citizen or immigrant of net worth not
lesser than equivalence of $100,000 one hundred thousand U S dollars aside from the
housing entitlement benefit made public and noted by all-s by the way on the grounds
for resolute compromise, may need to register in accordance to the law and in lieu of
the press's double side to live their lives I see.
18. Now if the doubts persist as to the issue of gun control, the citizens, refugees,
immigrants and all will be held accountable by the police and the Police chiefs
discretion as sucly nodding by ways of this agreed upon minutes. As such the
Trilateral Commission in concerted attention to all ears I see will need to decide a lie
is illegal at court's, therefore oppose neither these advisement's nor undermine or turn
away from any such hand guns, revolvers, ammo, military uniforms, rifles, and-s
ammunition of contending phony's accredits by lawful order of a Judge we see in an
effort to provide a safe and trusting re pore with the fellow citizens.
19. In so setting aside-s, be it on Wall Street nor the Dirt of Cornell Campuses
directions, the ultra-nationalist identities under color of regional police escort stand by
in an effort to confront fraud as to a sudden influx of they who are not entitled to an
apartment or housing benefit? Therefore a listing and two credible witnesses as to
your honorable and due patriotic defense be duly situated without reprisal ore
prejudice so contended.
20. If in the courses of human events it becomes necessary to question the leader of
the free world's intention, and in so doing a research to the aims we distrust, the
subject of USA training missions in Ukraine present a clear definite obstruction and
counter point signal from Washington? So be an orders from a work station the
subject of direct and un opposed by Federal Republics of Germany and France
President(s) who come to the Kremlin with a statement of anti'-god first and foremost
challenges suggested an desire to abide by situated Protocols under review and
considered in its own regard a preliminary contending manuscript is official as
preliminary coincided at attention to either do us all out of life or are the Devil
likeness of credible distinctions in disguise?
21. For the sake of public safety and in its own reputable and health oriented service-s,
the responsible commitments to ecology in so that neither exploitation for more cleaner
nuclear energy complex's be understood to all nuclear proliferates bearing in mind
agreements to denuclearize Europe and Entity's resolve to disappear and deprogram a
said nuclear thoughts, energy complex's, and weapons so study??
22. The identifying enumerations are reality checks for visitor to construe dead beat not
to the emphasis that of any such exploitation's of community assets and land and
property owners rights to be recognized, counted and fairly taxed? Bearing in mind
the terms of the de-centralized assets being im-partial or prejudice may bring
stagnation and resentment to the rebel held victors unless the Russian Federation or
independent Ensigns assist?
23. In accordance with this manuscripts concerted effort an by virtue of his our holy and
eminent Providence the authority's I see in as precedents and etiquette were describe;
cessation of military buildups or campaigns of any such nature as to procure a trustful
and working relationship as we see fit to decide? In as so I seek-s neither the U S
contingent to train, assist, supply, support, nor fund multilateral assimilation of
weapons, that cited: own up to said limited self-rule, preliminary agreements so
stated?
24.And forever will we described a surprise attack concerting a phone in your area of
expertise so nodding, a limited role that of de-centralized aid may be necessary,
suchlike to construe I see in light of overhead and Federal subsidies such as
maintenance, utilities, roads, bridges, water facilities, energy grids and eventual
welfare be partly a necessary iota of comfort and in so knowing Russian forces will be
disrespected if we see a provocation nor off-sides activities or exercises near the
border nor vicinity in accordance with this Sub-paragraph interpreted definition and
by virtue of the attention we serve, the Parties are requested to conduct themselves in
a manner conducive to lawful and resounded?
25. The Commissions re-view and consider either recognizing that East (Ukraine-s)and
its own escrow may desire a more central role from Moscow/Kiev and accordingly may
neither of the such as need be reviewed every day to the presence of phony architecture
destinations we foiled, should the Party's feel prejudiced and separated from states to
differ in accordance with this documents intended purpose, as duly afford neither a hand
nor by our Secretary Generals false assertion at the Sheriff departments and NYC police
precincts reason to allow the contentions?
26. The subject of Trilateral Contact Group in view of the options set asides on Court's
Jurisdiction County of Orange Ca, the prospect of additional financial aid for the two
separated constituency be regarded as an integral Parties vital supplemental and
assistance needs to the concerted attention neither the Ukraine Parliament, nor the
administrating offices be reluctant to situate, welfare and re-construction leaving the
said rightful defenders if in its own right whos to say wrong or rights, and their
innocent and elderly victimized and abused by the wrongful ways of coinciding with
Russian economic shortfalls as so to consider an allocation of such funding be micro-
managed.
27. The subjects of construe mode or agreement on East and West Ukraine limited
visiting and working rights as to facilitate in essence a working re pore in so saying
limited self-rule a specified areas will continue to be the subject of agreed upon e
numerical limitations provided as describe such to seat in accordance to this entry are
in need of support?
28. Parliament not to delay nor re-constitute armed escalation with U S I say. Having
seen the French and German leadership undertake a supportive role toward the
recognition of Minsk draft and the Honorable Mr. Putin's description of particulars
aimed at cessation of hostilities and dispute resolution such is describing an area of
rightful propriety as dispense a solution that where each Party may be in the right or
wrong 33%.
29. As such to decided giving the separatist forces of the Donetsk People's Republic
(DPR) and Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) territories their own limited self-rule
somewhat and civic identity's the nice Russian Duma and both Parliaments attention
may situate with favor, counter proposed lawful offers? Meaning assistance and
services required from Ukraine escrow may be "the subject" do to the questions of a
probabilities the Eastern identified regions to endure cold weather with supplemental
assistance from Ukraine or western influences become a hardship to all the Party's
based on the identities as to who rightfully owes welfare or limited funding. This
subject is in need of legal revision-ment and is an integral part of the grievance and
hardships challenges the Party's by virtue of this clause will need to re-situate such is
at attention to give one iota of counter proposals other than U S boots on the ground a
stipulated condition?
31. In so describing nice family unit associated with an Eastern fundamental character
and in so suggesting troops, equipment, and emplacements be accounted for in an
effort to establish an cessation of hostilities before God the fathers who is all mighty,
His presence, a Ukrainian commander-s attention and a communication campaign will
be the subject to the emphasis of influence-s. In an effort to be more effective and to
concert attention to U S and NATO good faith effort to lend a hand, an assimilation of
advice, prepare as we seek to notify the Ukraine military conscripts to invite glasnost
re-pore noted.
32. Although the said square mile solution and transition may be alarming to understand
at first in its own expression of futile the many sides will be able to enjoin and take
advantage of the fruits of each others wisdom's. Therefore the obligation to retreat
and consider an compromise in a situated assimilation's falls on the both western
Ukraine governing and military council and their counterparts faithful conscripts
heralded decision to in its own description re-group in an effort decide cease, desist,
withdraw military components, militant parades and nearby exercises, drills, war
games, or other provocative strategies aimed against anatomical Russian authorities I
say?
33. In so sided the Ukrainian said government and its military forces, are being asked by
a phony ledger I say to uproot an authors intellect and supplication, in and though
acts of God are rare the assimilation of rift we see in the Ukraine despite diverse
objectives to accept proposal of either plan or consider building on literary conscripts,
this Treaty and authority's to face a sodomic creature who are in disguises, alien
beings from another area of fuss, may be amended or re-situated in accordance with
this entry solely in its own interest of preventing nuclear war and the introduction of
weapons of mass destruction to the peace we know and desire, bearing in mind the
area in dispute are nearer to Russia and the inhabitants speak Russian give rise to
careless disrespect for our situation?
34. If the doubts remain and the internal meddling by Orange County government
workers hell bent on doing hell attention persists, see a common approach to why I
describe assimilation of Human endeavor to our attentive discussion-s that we may
undertake a dual policy revisions aimed at just and peaceful resolution of these matter-
s.
35. We here at secular diversity describe in Biblical terms the assimilation every star
by name the Lords to say, therefore the stated star based description and
communication dispatch is rightful to re-decide bearing in mind to understand word
love as we say?
36. In as such to assimilate decided, the nice Russian people will give and forgive,
bearing in mind-s the ad interim transition details do have a say on the agreement
therefore use friendly and legal measures necessary to behave oneself in a manner
conducive to transitional changes. These changes, contrary to Mr. Putin preliminary
observation all due regarded, suggested need to include Ukrainian centralized
government and its proxy support network assisted re pore,;including the best of
eastern hospitality's and resources of such, and that of fuel and other areas of critical
life support and that of Western resource accommodation seeking including the much
appreciated supplemental welfare and urban development funding principal means
afford to absorb this miniscule amount which will serve its own interest in peace
dividend it also implied. Therefore it is incumbent for both the Russian Federation and
the Western Democracy's in an effort to concert a tentative regard for Human rights
and in area where their are no real hundred percent right sides, this Chapter in its
accord calls for conciliation on both sides a matter.
37. The subject of land and property owners rights, whether they be ethnic diversity or
Russian or pro-Russian bio-diversity is an integral part of this agreement, accordingly
Western restitution and supplemental obligations and pledges in a timely manner are
obligations to describe. Therefore the U S Senate foreign relations committee in view
of the facts on the table and in view of the allegations and disclosures are obligated to
account and describe neither a phony idea nor an ineptitude when correspondence is
assigned to an assimilation for Utopian order desires such to undertake, research,
discuss, analyze and construe more effective means to grow and integrate if
applicable?
39. The subject of vital interests, energy utilities Internationally or Russian supplied fuel
and fuel lines are an integral Part of the integration process therefore consider the
actions assigned in this updated Accordance Compact entitled DA 8, (DESBIC
ACCORDANCE 8), describe the Entity's and/or God figures global telepathy and-
s "cartoon phenomena" inter alias signs and wonders to the Church leaders in your
assigned area; and suchlike construe assimilation of interest in an effort to integrate
and grow in a favored friendly approach a way to understand?
40. In so saying, police headquarters and inter-department faculty take notice and receive
with open arms they who are concerting attention to His Honor and holy Eminence
our Lord(s) and God-like distinction as suggested, even when dispensing Sunday
wafers so stipulated..
41. The question as to provide, protect and serve ethnic-non-Russian minorities based
on their experience, strength and hope in the new government and its
recommendations remain a viable interest for everyone. It will be strongly urged by
our police chiefs and that of Russian Unified Command, that so when a legislative
official arise to contend not an assimilation bearing in mind the en-codified
disclosure-s on file, the governing bodies in their individual capacity, the Police chief
in their individual and collective capacity and the RUC designate agree on a policy as
to constitute a safe haven for home and property owners that of which are ethnically
diverse.
42. It will be construed by this Tribunal that property owners regardless of their ethnicity
be given reasonable notice to meet criteria of annual ownership taxes in and that our
policy remain consistent so long as rebellious dissension and unruly conduct do not
constitute legal actions therefore the mostly pro-Russian speaking police and detective
units are to be permitted to undertake consular y activities if so disperse-ment of
funding is a fair and impartial way of saving money the Organization for Security and
Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) team and their constituents a Trilateral Contact
commission will be necessary to procure the blessings of settlement details this and-s
to fill corresponding land and escrow management decisions.
43. The Police Chiefs association also will meet regularly to discuss the property
ownership rights, (if applicable), be fair and unbiased based on behavior and of such
assimilation, noted: plans may already be in the works, to address these senses of
needs in recognizing the housing and urban development solutions. The majority
ethnically diverse separatist pioneers and their adjoining council are asked to consider
allowing minority leaders a voice in concerns regarding housing, welfare, health and
human services, education, civil rights, food, electricity and the finer amenities, if
applicable, without prejudice. The nice Russian people did concert attention for-s
these amenities before a times of financial and separating sides men-ship seeking so
contended.
44. In the matter-s when discussing separate and diversified settlement issues, and though
further study and evaluation may be necessary to avoid cheats from areas of no cause
to be alarmed situate a phony National identity's supervision will be needed to the
emphasis of, a good re-pore with the police chiefs including a yearly Convention of
regional Police Chiefs Association will Duly account for senses of civil identity and
more effectively distant further action so states.
45. In Accordance with this descriptive the Ukrainian leadership will serve its own
individual Party lines thereby study areas associated with this Plan and in our
assimilation of notice given to all who come to swear before God all mighty and by
whose presents we set aside designated re-apportion-ments.
46. Hereby a side of assimilation bearing in mind that and these its provider neighbor to
the east, thereby and eastern alignment succession by its Russian Federation executive
and / or legislative body in the exhibit and notices posted here-under facsimile and
apportionment's to recollect reasonable and respected limited self-rule escrow and
interior ministry obligations by the Ukrainian Counselor attended our seated a divine
Entity's attention at our discretion.
47. Being mindful of the experience Russia people attained when the Ukraine was
a territory of the Soviet Union, the due facts and consenting insignia's to this final
recommendation, the subjects of taxes to third party citizens and towards all are
indifferent nationality's suggesting without prejudice be noted.
48. By and by way of proces verbal, a telepathic military communication line for the
High Contracted Parties of the obligation and assimilation of glasnost perestroika
and passing of letters or exchanges inter-alias tweets, in areas to the grounds and
validity of the said extraordinary circumstances by which to contend for is neither
an incompetent specimen nor a faulty assimilation of text and literary design for a
prospect of understanding the word love; given to us as a test, we continue in view of
said relative desire to deceive and do hell with County officials we see being forced
by telepathic orders to stay clear of interdiction I see.
49. In accordance with the preliminary research we see below, in its fair consternation
of all the Party's said secret double sides, was it fair to assimilated "up-root" a said
majority that of they the Ukrainian peoples who by so states research to this area of
confused, doth speak the Ukrainian dialect and may be viewed as more so the victims
then that of the other National escrow?
50. In so seeing the said Russian backed pro-separatists are money oriented phony
militancy after a bad day of common research follow up;. Therefore is suchly the idea
to summarize for the time being a find for limited self regards and perhaps either
housing concessions or small household land plots may be as good a solution as why
do us a favor will describe neither we might believe no real riffs if all are one alien
doing mischief, in and near the vicinity's of Donetsk, Odessa, and Luhansk Oblast .
51. This recent updated research did take into account the phony operators in circuits
Wendy Lindley's lying conniving abusive and fraudulent a tentative desire to tell
another lie to these inter-actions, like lock up a free lance reporter and author for his
opinions in good old US of A and demonstrate to the world what freedom really
desired?
52. Despite our interest in conflict resolution to the emphasis of a visual aid and higher
power advantage stated; the Party's seem confused as to what I would describe so
where will the Lady cloak swearers lip service action deal fit of rages candor to come
over and interfere research to take to President Putin and the nice Duma and
Parliaments without further a due decision makers we see?
53. However if the doubts remain and the Russian Federation resounding may days I hear
alleges to be neither assisting the pro-separatist regime with men and mechanized
artillery weaponry nor mobilized divisions of infantry, the subject of being fair to the
majority may constitute either a matter of seek Godly higher powers or advise if we
suspect unfair military support to a minority sector compounded by potential
conflicting reports of Russian Federations first hand and-s alleged military cover-up?
54. The question there sided to seek sad as it may be come a situation or rift to obstruct
our efforts to construe an authors concerted efforts despite the coincidental turnaround
we seat research a later element of surprise that would be a topic we set aside to
neither urge Mr. Putin to resign nor step aside as to allow a more idealistic leaders,
such as the late Boris Yeltsun or the well like Mr. Medevdev and construe neither of
these iota's for pragmatists reminders of a more friendlier re pore with our nice and
respected leaderships of the International Courts to describe?
56. Will to make known by these presents God all mighty does salute an I can do
approach, therefore duly micro-manage the apportion ment of the Ukraine with
reasonable protection and service affiliation-s.to these imprints in official not a situation I
serve President-s Obama adages a Secretary of Defense nod of consensual approval,
herein the police department attention United Nations especial design insignia delegation
whoso consented to deed; the contracting Party's warm and welcomed protocols there by
and beside be situated for a resource.

Minsk II
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Leaders of Belarus, Russia, Germany, France, and Ukraine at the
1112 February summit in Minsk
Reactions[edit]
The new package, commonly referred to as "Minsk II", was
criticised for being "highly complicated" and "extremely
fragile", and for being very similar to the failed Minsk Protocol.
[1][13][14] The New York Times reported that the plan "included
some tripwires", such as not demarcating control over the city of
Debaltseve, which was the site of the most fierce fighting at the
time of the plan's drafting.[1][15] Following the Minsk talks,
Chancellor Merkel, President Hollande, and President
Poroshenko attended a European Union (EU) summit
in Brussels.[16]
"Above all, does it exist or not? Vladimir Putin insisted that it [the
encirclement] exists and that if a cease-fire agreement is
reached, it will be odd if it isnt violated: Those in the kettle will
certainly try to get out of there; those who have boiled that kettle
will try to collect the foam".[17]
Right Sector leader Dmytro Yarosh said that said he reserved the
right to continue fighting, and that Minsk II was
unconstitutional. He said that his Ukrainian Volunteer Corps
would continue fighting "until complete liberation of Ukrainian
lands from Russian occupants", and promised "death to Russian
terrorist-occupiers".[19][20][21] DPR leader Alexander
Zakharchenko said that the ceasefire did not apply to
Debaltseve, and that fighting would continue there.[22]

On April 7, 2014, following the 2014 Crimean crisis, separatists occupying the
Donetsk Oblast administrative building declared independence from
Ukraine and held a referendum on separating from Ukraine on May 11,
2014. Subsequently, the War in Donbass started. After Donetsk was under
control of the separatist government, the Donetsk Oblast administration
was relocated to Mariupol, and later to Kramatorsk.[7]
Polls[edit]
During the 1991 referendum, 83.90% of votes in Donetsk Oblast were in favor
of the Declaration of Independence of Ukraine. A survey conducted in
December 2014 by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology found
18.5% of the oblast's population supported their region joining Russia,
53.8% did not support the idea, 22.5% were undecided, and 5.2% did not
respond; insurgent-controlled areas were not polled. [11]
At the 2001 Ukrainian National Census, the ethnic groups within the Donetsk
Oblast were: Ukrainians 2,744,100 (56.9%), Russians 1,844,400
(38.2%),Pontic Greeks 77,500 (1.6%), Belarusians 44,500 (0.9%),

Donetsk currently has a population of over 982,000 inhabitants (2010) [35] and
has ametropolitan area of over 1,566,000 inhabitants (2004). It is the fifth-
largest city in Ukraine.[2]
Luhansk Oblast
Demographics
The population is largely Russian-speaking, although
ethnic Ukrainians constitute a majority (58.0%). Among the minorities are
native Russians (39.1%), Belarusians (0.8%), and others (1.4%).
Ukrainians constitute the majority in all raions except forStanytsia-
Luhanska Raion and Krasnodon Raion, both of which are east of Luhansk.
Ethnic Russians also constitute the majority in regionally significant cities,
such as Krasnodon, Sverdlovsk, Krasnyi Luch and Stakhanov.
According to the 2001 Ukrainian Census, more than 68.8% of the population
consider themselves Russian speakers, while Ukrainian speakers were
only 30.0%. The Russophone population predominates in the southern
portion of the region and around the city of Luhansk, while the northern
region is less populated, mostly agricultural and Ukrainophone.
War in Donbass
The War in Donbass (also called the War in Ukraine or War in Eastern
Ukraine) is an armed conflict in the Donbass region of Ukraine. From the
beginning of March 2014, demonstrations by pro-Russian and anti-
government groups took place in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of
Ukraine, together commonly called the "Donbass", in the aftermath of
the2014 Ukrainian revolution and the Euromaidan movement.
Prior to a change of the top leadership in August, [103] the separatists were
largely led by Russian citizens.[6]During the summer of 2014, Russian
paramilitaries were reported to make up between 15% and 80% of the
combatants.[6][104][105][106][107]
These events followed the reported shelling of Ukrainian positions from the
Russian side of the border over the course of the preceding month. [21][23][108]
[109][110]
Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Valentyn Nalyvaichenko said
that the events of 22 August were a "direct invasion by Russia of Ukraine".

Kharkiv Oblast
(Ukrainian: , translit. Kharkivska oblast; also referred to
as Kharkivshchyna Ukrainian: ,Russian:
, translit. Kharkovskaya oblast) is anoblast (province) in
eastern Ukraine. The oblast borders Russia to the north, Luhansk Oblast to
the east, Donetsk Oblast to the south-east,Dnipropetrovsk Oblast to the
south-west, Poltava Oblast to the west andSumy Oblast to the north-west.
The area of the oblast is 31,400 km, corresponding to 5.2% of the total
territory of Ukraine.
The oblast is the third most populous province of Ukraine, with a population of
2,857,751 in 2004, more than half (1.5 million) of whom live in the city
of Kharkiv, the oblast's administrative center. While the Russian language
is primarily spoken in the cities of Kharkiv oblast, elsewhere in the oblast
most inhabitants speak Ukrainian.
Demographics[edit]
Its population in 2001 was 2,895,800 million (1,328,900 males (45,9%) and
1,566,900 females (54,1%)).
At the 2001 census, the ethnic groups within the Kharkiv Oblast were:
Ukrainians 70.7%,
Russians 25.6%,
Belorussians 0.5%
Jews 0.4%,
Armenians 0.4%,
Azeris 0.2%,
Georgians 0.15%,
Tatars 0.14%,
others 2.1%,;
the groups by native language:
Ukrainian 53.8%,
Russian 44.3%,
other languages 1.9%.
Cultural background[edit]
Russian is the dominant language in the region (in the schools of theUkrainian
SSR learning Ukrainian was mandatory), although not to the extent that it is
in the three oblasts that comprise Eastern Ukraine. [1]
Effective in August 2012, a new law on regional languages entitles any local
language spoken by at least a 10% minority be declared official within that
area.[2]
Noticeable cultural differences in the region (compared with the rest of Ukraine
except Eastern Ukraine) are more "positive views" on the Russian
language[8][9] and on Joseph Stalin[10] and more "negative views"
on Ukrainian nationalism.[11]

The neighbouring Kirovohrad Oblast is more often associated with the Central Ukraine. Also Crimea
(with Sevastopol City) is reviewed sometimes as a unique region. According to the Encyclopedia of
Ukraine, South Ukraine was considered to consist of the territory of the
former Kherson, Taurida and Yekaterinoslav Governorates.

However, lets not get distracted here. If you look at the competitiveness of individual
regions of Ukraine, it is dominated by the eastern provinces: of the top 5, only
Kiev is Ukrainian, Donetsk leads on the effectiveness of corporate governance
(higher than Switzerland), the railway structure of the Kharkov region corresponds
to the Netherlands, on efficiency of the goods market Odessa is nr 1, Donetsk takes
the lead on the availability of new technologies (in the Chernigov region, it is the
lowest of all the regions in the world), Donetsk also takes the lead on business
development and Kharkov leads in innovation. Naturally , the people from the
West of Ukraine gratefully give their Eastern brothers, who are the engine for their
prosperity, nicknames like Muscovites and Donetsk rednecks
So concludes this astounding memory of faulty concerted a
tentative distress. 29 March 2015
