The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting the CEO with the
primary responsibility of overseeing the management of the organization. The
portfolio includes focussing on the qualitative standards of programmes along
with lending assistance to the leadership and management of the organization.
The SEA to the CEO provides high-level administrative support by conducting
research, handling information requests and performing functions such as
preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and
scheduling meetings. They may also be asked to train and supervise
programme staff. The person is expected to assist the CEO with implementing
her annual goals with the organization. The EA to the CEO coordinates all
insurance, travel and accounting requirements for the organizations foreign
travel and manages the CEOs schedule with respect to the same. In addition to
this, the assistant also aids in the execution of most events of all branches of
The YP Foundation as required.

Organizational Responsibilities
Maintaining all employee records and databases.
Arranging and participating in meetings, conferences, and project team
activities.
Inputting on governance and management processes of The YP
Foundation.
Arrange travel schedule and reservations for the CEO.
Coordinating with the staff on behalf of the CEO when the latter is
travelling.
Communications and Finance
Helping the CEO coordinate fundraising, communication, grant reporting
and donor related work, including Due Diligence.
Assisting with research, report writing and official communication with
external partners/donors.
Review and summarise miscellaneous reports and documents.
Coordinating with the Board of Trustees on implementing the board
agendas for the year.
Manage the CEOs finances and keep track of records and
reimbursements that are filed every month.
Programmatic Support
Working with the Senior Management and the CEO to track the year-long
