1.FromtheFilemenu,clickOpenFile.

2.OpentheSimple.dezileinyourSamplesdirectory.

Youcanviewupto3typesoffaultcurrentvaluesbytimeinterval.Youcanalsoviewfaultcurrentsinvariousforms,suchas
byphasecurrentvalues(A,B,C)ortheirsymmetricalcomponentvalues(positivesequence,negativesequenceor3times
thezerosequence).Intheigurebelow,noticethemotorcurrentcontributiondecayswiththetimeintervalsmomentary,
0.05,and>0.25selected.

UnsymmetricalFaults
Thecurrentscalculatedtothispointhavebeen3phasefaultcurrents.EasyPoweralsocalculatesunsymmetricalfaults.
Accordingtoconvention,singlelinetogroundfaultcalculationsassumetheAphaseisfaulted.Fordoublelinetoground
andlinetolinefaults,theconventionistofaultphasesBandC.
