Overview
Established in March, 2008 by a team of experienced professionals in financial
services software, aiming at providing software soluions and services to Vietnamese
and International financial institutions.
With a team of experienced professionals in financial services software, financial
experts and successful entrepreneurs in Vietnamese and International financial
investment market. FSS designs and provides the software solutions, consultancy
implementation and managment information technology systems in the field of
securities, finance, banking; introduction and implementation of foreign solutions in
Vietnamese market.

Core software for FLEX sercurities

The FLEX is rated one of the best core securities products in Vietnamese market at
this time, the solution has been successful deploying at big Securities Companies in
Vietnamese market such as: VNDS, BVSC, MSBS, BSC,. FLEX is designed on
financial framework with flexible parameters, allowing Securities Companies both
promote business by diversification products and control the risks of such products.
FLEX also supports totally automated exchange process of Securities Companies,
optimize the performance of Securities Companies.

2.2.

Sigma- gold exchange software product

The Sigma is a management information system specially designed to meet the

requirements of a Gold Exchange.
It meets the nature of Gold Exchange market, Sigma provide the feature for online
exchange, real-time, high speed, together with providing a risk controlling structure
for Gold margin product effectively. At the same time, Sigma supports interfaces with
core banking systems of Bank in both online and offline. Sigma has been successfully
deployed for Gold Exchange such as: Sacombank, Eximbank with continuous
operation 23h/24h to meet all the needs of Gold exchange market.

iComex- Commodities exchange software product

iComex which is the only Commodity Exchange in Vietnam supporting all kind of
goods such as: steel, rubber, coffee... iComex has been also successfully deployed for
Commodity Exchange of Sacombank (STE) and Buon Ma Thuot Cafe Exchange
Center (BCEC)

FTP&Cost Allocation

FTP&Cost Allocation which is buit and deployed for Maritime Bank by FSS based on
Datawarehouse of Bank. It provides the flexible parameters, allow Bank to declare the
formula to calculate the cost of capital and cost allocation by itself. At the same time,
it has been successfully deployed for Maritime Bank, the FTP & Cost Allocation also
support the special exceptions of Vietnamese bank market well.
