Sub: Servicing of 8086 Microprocessor kits Reg.

We are conducting Microprocessors and Interfacing Devices lab for IV B.Tech EEE students in I Sem and Microprocessors and
Microcontrollers Lab for III B.Tech ECE A, B and C students in II Sem. As per the JNTU syllabus, experiments are conducted using MASM
software, Keil software, 8086 kits, 8051 kits and interfacing kits. Out of 21 kits, 13 numbers of 8086 Microprocessor kits are not working.

Multitech systems are the authorized dealers of ANSHUMAN make and will do the servicing. M/s Multitech systems are not willing to do the
servicing and repair of the kits in our college premises. The servicing of the kits will be done at their company only. The servicing quotation
is enclosed for your kind information. The servicing charges for each kit is quoted @Rs 650/- (with 10% discount) + 14.5% tax, which
comes to Rs 670/- (Rupees six hundred and seventy only). Component charges will be extra after inspection at their service centre.
It is requested to grant approval for the servicing and repair of the above equipment at their company. It is also requested to issue gate
pass for the above said equipment.
