The faade is a buildings face and also its skin, protecting it from its surrounding environment.
The choice of ceramics from PORCELANOSA Grupo as the final covering of a building offers many advantages: improved
thermal insulation, better protection against water, no maintenance, longer durability and above everything, total safety.
butechs technical department works together with the countrys most prestigious architecture studios in the design,
modulation and installation of ventilated faades with ceramics from PORCELANOSA Grupo. The technical features of
this system have been tested nationally and internationally, and comply with the most demanding certifications: DIT from
Spain, AVIS TECHNIQUE from France or BAA Certificate from the UK.
In projects where it is not possible to use ventilated faade but there is interest in using STON-KER, PAR-KER or
URBATEK, there is a bonded faade system with mechanical and chemical fixing available.

developed its own faade fixing system for this type of solid surface sheets, obtaining the most demanding international

A new faade for a better building
butech has developed its own building refurbishing system with ceramic ventilated faade. This system allows to
completely renew the building design, adapting it to the latest trends in architecture, and to improve aspects as
important as energy efficiency and waterproofing of the building.
This type of ventilated faade with ceramics is particularly suitable for refurbishing jobs due to the system lightness;
less than 28 kg/m2, good structural behavior, inalterability of STON-KER from PORCELANOSA Grupo, wide range of
technical solutions and quick installation.

This type of floor is modular, in which ceramic tiles rest on a structure instead of being bonded directly on the substrate.
butech, taking advantage of the quality and design of the ceramic tiles from PORCELANOSA Grupo, has developed
technical solutions for any kind of projects.
Indoor technical floors are widely used in office buildings, where you need easy access to the services housed beneath
the floor and also an easy and quick piece replacement. This type of flooring includes sheets and a galvanized steel
structure of adjustable height.
Outdoor technical floors are used in outdoor terraces where you need to cover outdoor sloping substrates with a flat
surface, enhancing aesthetics and improving isolation and floor drainage. This open joint type of flooring consists of a
panel with ceramic covering and plastic adjustable height pedestals.

Este tipo de suelo es pavimento modular en el que las baldosas cermicas descansan sobre una estructura en lugar de

Los suelos tcnicos para interiores se utilizan ampliamente en edificios de oficinas, en los que se necesita un fcil
acceso a las instalaciones dispuestas bajo el pavimento a la vez que una fcil y rpida sustitucin de piezas. Este tipo
de pavimento consta de placas y una estructura de acero galvanizado de altura regulable.

Current architecture demands at all levels modular or

prefabricated construction systems that reduce costs
and installation times. Answering to this demand, butech
has developed CLI-KER n, a dry floor installation
system without the need of adhesives.

La arquitectura actual demanda a todos los niveles,

sistemas constructivos modulares o prefabricados que
reduzcan costes y plazos de ejecucin. En respuesta a
esta demanda, butech ha desarrollado el CLI-KER n,
sistema de colocacin en seco de pavimentos, que no
necesita ningn tipo de adhesivo para su colocacin.

CLI-KER n pieces are made of two parts, a ceramic tile

from PORCELANOSA Grupo and a plastic frame acting
both as base for the tiles and as joint. This system is
available for both indoor floor and terraces.
Simplicity, speed, cleanliness and recycling define this
new dry installation floor system.

Las piezas de CLI-KER n estn compuestas por dos

the manufacturing of fully equipped bathrooms ready
for installation in buildings. These are prefabricated,
modular bathrooms which include both services and
materials and accessories for the bathroom, which are
shipped assembled to the building site and, through the
use of a crane, are placed in the right spot for being
connected to the buildings general services.

El departamento tcnico de butech disea y gestiona la

fabricacin de cuartos de bao completos listos para su
instalacin en el edificio. Se trata de baos modulares
prefabricados que incluyen tanto las instalaciones
como todos los materiales y accesorios del bao, que
se trasladan en una pieza hasta la obra y mediante una
gra se colocan en el lugar exacto para su conexin a
las instalaciones generales del edificio.

This system has been developed with hotels, hospitals

and large projects in mind, as there you need to reduce
the jobs on site, assure a quality in the bathroom
finishing and reduce the installation time.

Geothermal energy
Renewable energy from the depths of the Earth
The need for sustainable buildings and regulations which become more demanding day by day have taken
PORCELANOSA Grupo to adopt clean technologies and renewable energies in the design and climate control of its
buildings.
Now butech puts this experience to the service of its customers through its Geothermal studies department. This
application is based on heat exchange between the climate control system of the building and a geothermal system,
which takes advantage from the constant underground temperature and thus reduces the climate control energy costs,
both for cooling and heating.
The climate control of buildings based on geothermal energy offers important advantages over other renewable
energies, as having no impact on the design of the building, a regular supply and ROI.
This system complies with HE 4 of the CTE, which substitutes the obligation of having to install solar panels for hot
water supply.

GEOTERMIA
La energa renovable del interior de la Tierra
La necesidad de edificios sostenibles y normativas cada da ms exigentes han llevado a PORCELANOSA Grupo a la
incorporacin de tecnologas limpias y energas renovables en el diseo y climatizacin de sus edificios.
Ahora butech, pone esta experiencia al alcance de sus clientes mediante su Departamento de Estudios Geotrmicos.
Esta aplicacin se basa en el intercambio de calor entre el sistema de climatizacin del edificio y una instalacin
de geotermia, que aprovecha la temperatura constante del subsuelo y por tanto reduce el coste energtico de
climatizacin, tanto en refrigeracin como en calefaccin.
La climatizacin de edificios con apoyo geotrmico presenta importantes ventajas frente a otras energas renovables
como su nulo impacto en el diseo del edificio, regularidad en el suministro y retorno econmico de la inversin.
Este sistema cumple con el HE 4 del CTE por lo que sustituye la exigencia de instalacin de placas solares para la
obtencin de agua caliente.
