Contract provisions:
Employment of female and minority laborers, apprentices, and journey
workers
At least 50% of the total hours worked on a project must be worked by
residents of Chicago
At least 7.5% of the total hours worked on a project must be worked by
residents of the area immediately surrounding a project
At least 26% of the total general construction contract value must be
performed by a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)
At least 6% of the total general construction contract must be performed by
a Women Business Enterprise (WBE)
