Tesmec - ExplorerII
Automatic Pipe Detection (available only for
Stream C system and only if the product is
registered): during acquisition, the software
produces a set of automatic detected targets
that are visualized on C-scan, B-scan and Tscan, according the coordinates at which they
are detected.

Target panel
o
List of targets and their relative
markers
o
Edit functionality: open the
editing/delete target window
o
Locate functionality: adapt the radar
data visualization on B-scan T-scan
and C-scan in order to show the
selected marker/target
Target selection: targets can be graphically
selected with the mouse; theyll be highlighted,
both on the data visualizer and on the target
panel.
Swath selection: swathes can be graphically
selected with the mouse, data on B-scan and Tscan will be updated accordingly.
Toolbar, controlbar, target panel and layer panel
can be collapsed to improve data visualization.
Toggle button for switching targets visualization
Shutdown: on exit, One Vision can shut down
the radar system, if connected.

Known issues are listed below, sorted by decreasing severity

Note
Known
issues

Automatic Pipe Detection produces results with a distance from the current
position of about 1.5 m.
Shapefiles and geotiff files that dont contain information about geographical
projection cant be loaded in One Vision.
DXF format doesnt provide info about geographical projection; user is
expected to enter it to import in One Vision.
One Vision can import only linear geometries from DXF files, solids wont be
loaded.
Very dense or extended DXF/SHP files can slow down the responsivity of the
software when loaded. Load only the significant part of the files for best
performance.
A target exported in DXF format will have all the markers entirely placed at the
depth of the first marker.
When exporting to DXF, units are automatically set in meters. To overlap two
DXF drawings (based on the same geographical projection), the user have to
set unit in meters.
Map layer: WMS layer on C-scan window could not update due to
CPU/Memory usage; a black patch could appear instead of the map,
depending on the zoom level. None of the georeferencing functionality is
affected.
C-scan window: changing array typology, tomography updates but if current
swath length exceeds certain limit, radar data arent available anymore to
graphics and tomography results white colored. Data are anyway correctly
saved on the hard disk, on open project function all the swathes
tomographies are fulfilled.
C-scan windows: while acquisition is running, frequent changes of array
typology and B-scan channel could cause software slow down (crash, rarely).
To open a survey the first time could be very time consuming.
To open the first time a survey after having already opened another one,
again for the first time, could cause crash.
Crash could rarely occur when saving a grid having a WMS layer.
Cursor misalignment between C-scan and B-scan could seldom occur:
enabling disabling the C-scan will reset the correct working.
When using GPS and GPR is moved forward and back and again forward,
radar yellow icon could be wrongly placed due to GPS update rate. This wont
affect positioning data acquisition.
Survey collected with previous version of the software using a defined grid,
could not be correctly loaded in this version if modified with the Coordinate
Editor of the previous version of the software.
Each time the grid setting window is open, default spacing grid is applied.
When using GPS, before pressing the start button vertical scale on B-scan
has a wrong label on the end.
During acquisition, when locate button is pressed on marker list, the relative
marker is highlighted for brief time instead to be toggled.
Some messages and strings cant be translated.
