Features Summery

Has two modes: Story and Party. Story being something you play through
in order to increase abilities and skill, and Party being the multiplayer mode
used to battle against friends and up your status vs. high scores of other
people online, your friends, or your personal scores.
Each character has their own unique story missions to complete, which on
completion give that character new abilities and moves that you can only
get through the story play.
Each character also has unique abilities and moves that can be bought
with party points, gained by collecting trophies or coins, or gain through
story play. These abilities can be anything from flight to controlling more
minions. These abilities do different things depending on what game you
are currently playing, and could change the effect accordingly.
There are many different things to collect while you play, in any mode or
game. Trophies can be found or earned by looking in certain places or
performing an amazing feat in game. Medals are earned for being first,
second, or third in the standings for each stage, and changes whenever
someone acquires the title. Coins are collected in story mode and earned
in party mode, and are used to buy new moves and abilities. The last and
most critical collectable are party points, which are gain through beating
your opponents in various ways. You use party points to buy new stuff,
including new stages and move, and these are more powerful and can
purchase anything, unlike coins.
There are three main categories for games while in party mode: Battle,
Sports, and Racing. Each category holds its own unique games that
present their own challenges and set of rules to follow. There is not limit to
the number of games in each category and there are numerous stages to
play for each game.
Each game has its own controls, camera angles and way of play. The
controls will be re-settable so each player can be comfortable with playing
the game. Some games will even have settable settings so you have a
timed play, point values to reach, or another goal that must be meet for the
game to be declared over.
In every game, each player has allotted hit points for that game. If the hit
points reach 0, they are removed until the next game or they are revived
somehow. Each player also has an energy bar that is global for the entire
party section. When filled, the character can perform their most powerful
moves that totally devastates opponents. Once used, the character must
regain the energy. Energy can be gained through beating, winning, or out
witting an opponent.
There are characters that can be unlocked, secret characters. These can
be unlock with party points, coins, or performing some action, such as
completing a story mode, finding a trophy.
Each game also has its own power-ups that give your character more
power, energy, or even resurrect a fallen teammate. These vary from
game to game.

Overview

High-Concept

Mario party, a good game. Mario Cart, a good game. Smash Brothers, incredibly
successful, fun to play brawler. Now picture all of these twisted together with
some well-developed characters and a little backyard sports action. A new way to
party, this game can be as fun with single player story as with a party of 8 of your
friends. Collect and unlock a whole slew characters, stages and move, then battle
with your friends to unlock even more. The possibilities never end with Party Time
Brawl.

Genre

Action-Sports-Racing, with a little Action RPG mixed in. This game has feature
that are drawn from smashing games, racing games, and sports games, actually
include little games in each of those genres. Because character advancement is
also important, it also includes aspects of an action-RPG. Different parts of the
game could be classified as a different genre all together.

Why Play?

Over 20 well developed characters with many moves, attacks and abilities
to unlock.
Expansive stages, with more stages that can be unlocked to play.
With Coins, medals, trophies, and party points, this game has many
different was to collect and unlock new gameplay.
Many different games to play, from smashing your opponents in an arena,
to beating them at a game of one-on-one.
Different gameplay across the games, so everyone has a niche.

Other Licenses

Virtually every Nintendo character will need to be licensed. One of the characters
uses Nintendo characters to fight for him. Retro game characters such as pac-
man, Dig Dug, Galaga, and other such old arcade games. These will not
necessarily be used as a marketing plow as much as a character using them as
his army.
Gameplay

Each character is extensively animated with a anime style overtone.

Characters are cute looking rather than other styles.
Stages differ from game to game and character to character. Each stage
can have hazards and power-ups, specific to that stage.
All sports games will have settings, such as game length, score cap, or
house rules, such as number of downs.
Also in sports games, you can attack and destroy opponents, not only
tackle them, but attack them with your weapons and power-ups. But all
characters in sports games are kid versions of the original characters.
The cart racing also features the kid versions and works a little like Mario
cart, save two people riding in the cart. Only the driver occupies the car,
but they can still use there abilities, such as melee attacks and summoning
characters.
There are two smashing types of games, the Fighting Arena and Platform
Smash. The fighting arena is played like a Tekken or Street Fighter, with a
one-on-one match to the death. The Platform Smash is like smash
brothers, with chaotic battles that have characters smashing each other to
bits.
If you have no one to play with at the time, you can use the AI-based
computer to replace any slot, but another player can always join in,
DURNING THE GAME! Anyone wanting to join has to plug in a controller
or log on and press start. They choose their character, and then enter the
game.
Beautiful animations and spectacular effects provide eye-candy while the
carnage endures.
The game has more variety than most games have seen, the stages,
gameplay, collectables, and the abilities. All of which differ with the
situation at hand.
All kinds of abilities rule the playing field, such as flight, hover, mind
control, summoning, sword play, and the like.

Online Play

You can not only join a game through a multi-player mode, but you can
also play any party game online against player across the world.
In online play, you have a profile that is used to identify you and is used
whenever you are online.
While online, your party profile will have game messages and settings
such as which character you prefer.
Online you gain abilities and moves separately from your offline gameplay,
giving you an alternate game online.
There is also, of course, online status versus the rest of the online players,
comparing all your collectables and abilities.
There are also online points, which are gain through playing and collecting
items online. These can unlock online-only items and even online-only
characters or stage.

Tech Highlights

Game World

Background

1000s of years ago, there was a powerful sorcerer, who knew the ways of magic
that were lost to most. He discovered a magic so powerful that it maid living
beings into Gods. For discovering and misusing his new found power, he was
banished to a nexus, never to be seen again. But before his travels into oblivion,
he created a set of stones, endowed with the ancient magic of Godhood. Each
stone givens the wielder the power of a specific ideal, and transforms them into
ultra power beings, able to take on any challenge. The stones where hidden
around the world, now the characters must find them for themselves.

Objective

There are two objectives that are separated by story and party mode. In story
mode, your number one objective is to find and use the stone of Godhood that
your character is entitled to. This may include searching the internet or just
happening to find it on the side of the road, it can be that easy or as hard as you
can imagine. Once you get the stone, the next thing to do is train you in the
moves of the games that you will play. So story mode is acquiring your abilities
and training those abilities.

In party mode, there is only one objective: win. Besides collecting things, they still
give you ways to win the overall game. Collecting items gives you more abilities
and ways to win, but all in all, your goal is to beat your opponent. This could be
beating the computer or another human, but you still have to win. Collecting items
will always be a secondary objective.

Stages

Harrison, OH - A very expansive, interactive stage that all of the story mode
characters will travel in. This is the story mode stage that is a free roamer,
meaning that characters do not have stages, but more along the line of missions
to complete. The stage will be modeled exactly like the town that exists now.

Wal-Mart Yes, this includes races through the isles, battling in the electronics
department, and playing a good game of hockey at the checkouts. This makes
the game a little more down to earth, yet it lets the player do what they always
wanted to in the isles of Wal-Mart.

Dr. Wilys Chambers Our characters are whisked away to the chambers of the
famed Dr. Wily, where anything can happen. This is a digitized world, where the
computer makes random things appear and happen. This stage is hard to play,
but fun in the process.

The Parking Lot This is a very simple place, and easy to set up for any type of
game. With a small amount of things to run into or jump over, it is perfect for
fighting and sports of all kinds. Its simplicity makes it a great stage for beginners
and honing up your skills.

Arcade This stage is where you begin your training, at this where you can come
back and train in the virtual world. This offers different training modes and
situations that can be played at anytime, for any of your unlocked characters. This
is defiantly the most used stage, just for the fact of practice makes perfect.
Characters

Each character holds there own stone of Godhood, and without the stone, they
would be powerless in the party matches. The stone must be worn somewhere on
the body in order to give its power to the wielder. Once worn, the character
transforms into a being of pure power, giving him more than they could ever
dream, but using that power takes much practice.

corrupt with power, weather they help or hurt, they are full of power. With power
comes the use of it, and how they use it is up to the player.

Also remember that the abilities listed are not close to the total amount for each
player, and there are secret and expanded characters not listed here. As a
character advances, he opens up new powers and abilities.

Story Progression
Each character will start out at the residence they are currently holding, IE their
house, apartment, whatever. Then they will somehow hear about the stones and
go on a quest to seek the stones, I mean who wouldnt want the power of a God.
Once they have searched, they will finally find the stone that they will call their
own. When a player finds the stone, he will be explained its power, specific to the
stone that is found. They must go to various places and try out their new found
powers, such as a go-kart race track, a sports stadium, or even a fighting area.
