Quick Exhaust of above mentioned well was leaking, replaced with new one.
Function tested by operating High Pilot, Found OK.
Sui-1(M)
SSV of above mentioned well was leaking. Changed O-rings of SSV, function tested
by recommissioning well and operating High Pilot, Found OK.
Sui-45(M)

(D) SLICK LINE INTERVENTION JOBS
During the month, following slick line intervention jobs were carried out at different
Sui wells:
RECOMMISSIONING OF SUI-(M)
WRSCSSV of Sui-64(M) was not holding pressure; therefore, Slick-line job was
carried out to restore the Down-hole safety system of Sui-64(M). Retrieved 4.56
Insert Type WRSCSSV from profile of FVLE TRSCSSV and found its upper chevron
packing damaged. Redressed 4.56 WRSCSSV was installed at the depth of 279 ft.

line,
Found
OK.
Step 1:
Control line pressure was bled to zero psi. Keeping TRSCSSV in closed
position
bled off tubing pressure from 825 to 400 Psi and observed for 15
Step 2:
To investigate the point of communication, 4.56 HOT was set in the profile of
FVLE TRSCSSV at 249 ft. and then 3.68 FMH blanking plug was set in Fnipple. Annulus gas was bled to zero psi and it was observed that tubing
pressure also decreased to zero psi. Filled water above 3.68 FMH plug to
provide a cushion for the replacement of HNS and to check the integrity of
dynamic seal of FVLE. Found no build-up, confirming integrity of packer as
OK. Nipple down Xmass tree. Nippled down tubing head adapter.Installed 1/8
connector on tubing hanger port and pressurized control line to 3000 psig with
hydraulic pump in order to check the dynamic seal of FVLE TRSCSSV and
found that control line was not holding pressure. Replaced hanger neck
seals.Nipple up Xmass tree.Nipple up tubing head adapter.Reinstalled Z bend
along-with gas supply assembly and pressure tested with line pressure. 3.68
blanking plug was retrieved from F-nipple.
Step 3:
3.81 blanking plug was set in SSD. Bled off tubing pressure from 810 Psig to
600 Psig and annulus was decreasing with the same trend. No pressure buildup was observed in annulus or in tubing. Again bled off annulus pressure from
600 psig to 300 psig after few minutes pressure equalized with tubing hence,
integrity of LSA, SSD and SPM were also confirmed.
CONCLUSION:
Potential source of Tubing/ Annulus communication is between TRSCSSV and SSD.
Also it was confirmed from above investigation that the dynamic seals of TRSCSSV
are damaged and not holding pressure. Well was proposed for work over.
