Q: Is the course guaranteed to go ahead?

A: We make the decision of cancelling a course very seriously

as we understand it causes great inconvenience to everyone
however we dont make that decision lightly.

A: No. Unfortunately, it is not possible to 100% guarantee a

course will go ahead due to too many external factors.

If we must cancel the course, you may choose to either transfer

your booking to another course of your choosing or you may
elect to receive a refund of the course fees received.

Each course session requires a minimum amount of delegates

to go ahead (usually 5-6 people).
However, Ethan Hathaway works hard at minimizing the
amount of disruption and inconvenience as much as possible.

Q: Are there any discounts?

A: We have two types of discounts available:
Early Bird Discount: This is to reward those who act quickly
and book your seat early.
To be eligible for the Early Bird price, you must book your seat
by the stated Early Bird deadlines.

your course fee invoice within 14 days of booking your seat or
we may reserve the right to give the seat to someone else.
Group Discounts: For every 3 paid delegates, the 4th delegate
