ARRIVALS
VFR ACFT with destination for Pamplona AD shall establish radio contact
with TWR over the points N (Usetxi), E (Lizrraga) or W (Zabalza - Arraiza)
and shall request clearance to enter the CTR, reporting position and altitude
and maintaining 1000 ft AGL maximum.
When established by TWR, aircraft shall hold over the points above stated,
before obtaining the definitive clearance to enter the CTR.

FALLO DE COMUNICACIONES
ACFT con fallo de comunicaciones entrarn en la CTR por las rutas
especificadas, manteniendo 1000 ft AGL o inferior, se situarn al Este
del campo a la vista de TWR, en espera de seales luminosas y
separndose del posible trnsito del circuito de aerdromo.

COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE
ACFT with communication failure must enter the CTR via the above stated
routes, maintaining 1000 ft AGL or below, they must hold East of the airfield
in sight of TWR, expecting light signals while avoiding any possible traffic in
the aerodrome traffic circuit.
