Tushar : A warrior is one who takes everything as a challenge rather than a curse or a blessing. He is one, whose attitude doesnt change even in the worst of circumstances. He is ready to put his best efforts even when the odds are against him. Identify such warriors in the Indian industry and describe what attributes of them made them your ideal choice for warriors. Maninder : I once had the pleasure of having a conversation with Mr Bindeshwar Pathak while I was on a office trip and since then I have totally admired that man for what he has done for our society. He is the founder of Sulabh International, an India-based social service organization which works to promote human rights, environmental sanitation, non-conventional sources of energy, waste management and social reforms through education. As much as I recollect as a young boy, his grandmother made him eat cow dung to purify him, after contact with an untouchable. Coming from such a family and working with those who clean toilets would have been unthinkable for a normal person but not him. He decided to dedicate his life to fulfilling the dream of Mahatma Gandhi, to remove untouchability from our society. Mr Pathak showed perseverance that common men lack. He stood up against the odds to be counted as a warrior. Even when the odds were against him, he kept on persevering and that is what makes him a warrior for me.
