To be able to update the Telemetry-Box you must first install the USB driver,
which is located in the Download folder.
Installing the USB driver for the Telemetry-Box
1. Run the file "CP210x_VCP_Win_XP_S2K3_Vista_7.exe". You will see the following screen. Click on "NEXT".
2. Select "I accept the terms of the license agreement" and click on "NEXT".
3. Click on "NEXT".
4. Click on "INSTALL".
5. The driver installation is complete. Select the field "Launch the CP210x VCP Driver
Installer" and click on "FINISH".
6. Click on "INSTALL". Confirm with "OK" once the installation is successfully completed.
3. Select "Port Select-Telemetry-Box" under "Config" in order to define the Telemetry-Box port on the PC. Now click on "OK".
6. To install the new software at this point, select the "Browse" field and mark the frm
firmware file.
Important note:
Ensure that you have selected the correct file format (firmware update = frm
file). Making a mistake here could ruin the device.
It is essential not to disconnect or switch off the device during the update procedure. Under certain circumstances this could ruin the device.
Important note:
It is essential to update the Sound file after you have successfully installed the
firmware update.
The procedure is described on the next page.
7. After installation, switch the Telemetry-Box off and disconnect the USB lead. The
new software is now ready for use.
Note:
After the installation it is important to check that the installed language is set in the
Telemetry Box's "Language select" menu.
The current sensor is a multi-sensor; it can be used to measure voltage and battery capacity
as well as current.
Note:
Please observe the safety notes in the instructions supplied with the 150 A current sensor.

set correctly, otherwise incorrect
