Hnh vi ca ngi mua chu nh hng ca bn yu t ch yu: Vn ha, x hi, c
nhn, v tm l. Tt c nhng yu t ny u cho ta nhng cn c bit cch tip cn v
phc v ngi mua mt cch hiu qu hn.
Mc cn nhc khi mua sm v s ngi tham gia mua sm tng theo mc
phc tp ca tnh hung mua sm. Ngi lm Marketing phi c nhng k hoch khc
nhau cho bn kiu hnh vi mua sm ca ngi tiu dng. Hnh vi mua sm phc tp,
hnh vi mua sm m bo ng , hnh vi mua sm thng thng v hnh vi mua sm tm

ca ngi tiu dng vo chuyn mua sm v c nhiu hay t nhng im khc bit ln

xc nh gi c, cc knh, ni dung thng tin v nhng yu t khc trong Marketing mix.
Trong chng ny ta s tm hiu nhng ng thi mua sm ca ngi tiu dng v trong
chng sau s tm hiu ng thi mua sm ca nhng ngi mua hng ca doanh nghip.
1. M hnh hnh vi ca ngi tiu dng
Trong nhng thi gian u tin, nhng ngi lm Marketing c th hiu c
ngi tiu dng thng qua nhng kinh nghim bn hng cho h hng ngy. Th nhng s
pht trin v quy m ca cc cng ty v th trng lm cho nhiu nh qun tr

Ngi tiu dng c hnh vi mua sm phc tp khi h tham gia nhiu vo vic mua sm

nhn c t ngi bn, bn b v nhng ngun khc. Nu ngi bn qu phng i
nhng ch li, th ngi tiu dng s cm thy nhng k vng ca mnh khng c thc
hin v iu s dn n s khng hi lng.
