Today, shoes are one of the important items to support a person's appearance. Shoes
not only needed by adults only. Teenagers even children also need shoes in any of their
activities. There are so many types of shoes that have been produced. Famous brands
also produce shoes that have their own characteristics and advantages. That's why a lot
of people who are interested in collecting all of shoes with different types or a specific
brand, willing to spend her wallet deeply. They really took care of the shoes they have.

Description of Business
We want to make a shoe cleaning service in Purwokerto around Unsoed or in the downtown, so
the customers have an easy access to reach us. The customer can also call us through social
media or to our contact person if their shoes want to be picked up. And we wont charge the
pickup service. Its for free. We also sell customers shoes that still in a well-condition. We will
repaint, regluing, or fixed their shoes if there is any defect. Apart of those service. We also
provide equipment that can help the customer clean their shoes quickly by themselves

The store location at Jl. Riyanto 300, Sumampir, Purwokerto Utara, this location has many
advantage for our store because it near from Jenderal Soedirman University and boarding house.

Interior
The stores design interior is simple with vintage ornament and some display windows to show
the shoes that finish cleaned and shoes that will to sell.

Hours of Operation
Our store is open every Monday Saturday at 9 a.m. until 9 p.m.

We make a shoe cleaning service that can booking by call us through social media or to our
contact person if their shoes want to be picked up. We also sell customers shoes that still in a
well-condition. We will repaint, regluing, or fixed their shoes if there is any defect. Apart of
those service. We also provide equipment that can help the customer clean their shoes quickly by
themselves

Manufacturing
Shoe-Klin use special machine to clean the shoe, so it isnt make shoe defect and can finish
faster. Beside the machine, we use soap that have good quality. After finish the cleaned, we use
good package for keep shoe still clean and look more prestige.

Management
We make training for all employees to make sure the quality of service, we receive suggestion
from customer to evaluate the services, we have commitment to make customer satisfy and fulfil
the needed of customers.

Financial Management
We will make loan from bank about Rp 50.000.000 to start our business and apply scholarship
program from Dikti that provides capital for added to start our business. We need beginning
capital around Rp 50.000.000. We will use this money for buying some shoe cleaning equipment,
buying the soap, buying the interior design accessories internet quota for our cellphone, buying
extra gasoline (for pick up the shoe), making pamphlet or booklet for promoting our business
using media or media social (Line, Instagram, newspaper), rent building, etc.

We want to make a home based and store based cleaning service that cleaned using machine and
manually. Why we clean it using machine and manually? Because if using machine, it can faster
and for make sure that shoe perfectly clean we use manually for quality control. The customer
can choose their kind of service that we serve, and then decided the day when we have to return
their shoes in a better condition. They can also ask us to do another shoe treatment like regluing
or repaint. And of course the price is very friendly for the students around Purwokerto

Our Target Market is Student around Purwokerto and busy people that dont have some time to
clean their shoe. We will promote our business by telling to our friends, making some
pamphlet/booklet, and make some social media accounts for our shoe cleaning service. This

store is more unique, because the customers dont need to bring their shoes to us. Just contact

Shoes and Care, but we think that our Shoe Klin is can compete with them, because our
store has something unique than competitors and the price is more friendly with same quality of
services.

Strategy and Implementation


Because our business is a service and we still have a college life, we will doing it when we have
no class or when we have free time like on the weekend, we will recruit employees and we can
make a schedule for whom that have to work in the shop. If there are a lot of request from the
customer, we will limit the number of shoe that we have to clean on a week as many as 50 - 70
shoes to maximum the quality, if the number of shoes over the limit, we will make it on waiting
list, so it will make customer satisfaction. So we will focus to clean each shoe we have and
doesnt rushed by the amount of the shoes we have to clean. Each member should have a
motorcycle to pick up and deliver the shoe to the customer and also each of us have a cellphone
that support our business if there is any order from the customer anytime they want.
