1.1 Materials to be used.

All switchs to be installed, shall be as per approved specification and

approved material submittal. For basements IP protection is IP 56.

1.3 EQUIPMENT &TOOLS TO BE USED.

a) Screw driver.
b) Side cutter.
c) Plaier.
d) Level.
e) Digital Multi meter.
1.4 SITE PREPARATION.

i. All wiring devices shall be installed as per approved shop
drawing and approved material submittal.
ii. Wiring is completed as per approved drawing.
iii. All wiring devices are free from any damage.
iv. Location of wiring device as per approved drawing.
1.5 INSTALLATION AND TERMINATION:
Installation of all wiring devices shall be refered to KAFD-J09-4421010/KAFD-J09-152-0909 memo.

i. On the already installed back boxes in plastered block walls for

lighting switches are mounted at the height of 1200mm .

ii. Power ,tel &Tv outlet at 300mm
iii. Other outlets in wet area are mounted at height of 1200mm as
given in respective ceramic details drawing from finished floor
level.
iv. Telephone outlet height in services room is 1600mm from FFL.
v. Before proceeding to install the outlet device ,the back boxes
cleaned,surface around the boxes will be repaired and made
flush with the finished wall surfaces.
vi. Terminating the phase ,neutral the earth wire of internal device
terminal blocks.
vii. Using sprit level and manufacturer provided screw ,outlets front
plates are fixed parallel and perpendicular to floor and wall
surface respectively.
1.6 INSPECTION AND TESTING:
i. All wiring devices are fixed as per the location mentioned in the
drawing.
ii. All wiring is done properly.
iii. Wiring device fixed in level.
iv. Outlet devices are tested for voltage.
