Executive summary
The real estate sector is the growth center for the development of an economy. Bangladesh, being
one of the densely populated nations in the world, has been experiencing severe of houses
shortage for its citizens. Although majority of the population is segmented into the middle and
the low income groups, still housing for all has been a fallacy in Bangladesh.
ABC Real Estates Limited is one of the pioneers in the Real Estate and Housing Industry of
Bangladesh. It was established in 1988 as a Real Estate developing company, and since then has
expanded to include other businesses associated with Real Estate such as construction and
consultancy. During these years of service, ABC has steadily consolidated its expertise and has
completed more than 150 projects in Bangladesh.
The main objective of our report is to find out a proper research on our companys ongoing
business and its potentiality. Here we use such as SWOT analysis and Risk analysis for the
internal analysis. We also use PEST analysis, Demand & Supply analysis and porter Five Forces
Model for the external analysis. The collected data of our report is based on the marketing and
primary report. This entire research work was primarily designed to gain a comprehensive degree
of insight into the elements which are responsible for the element of overall business strategy of
ABC Real Estates Limited.
After working on the overall process and strategy which was done, we would like to conclude
this paper by stating that the selected variables are all highly responsible for influencing the
element of company profitability.
However, to pave the way for the organic development of the industry, the problem of long
existent inadequate financing availability at lower burden of terms and costs must have to be
removed immediately, and wider scope has to be created for Non-Resident Bangladeshis. With
many other issues, this study attempts to identify the current status of the private housing real
estate in Bangladesh, presents deeper insights of the critical factors for increasing its coverage,
and thus finally recommends some immediate measures which will be helpful for both the
organization and the industry also.
