Cement saving considerably enhances


profitability. In order to achieve this goal,
we have developed Core Compaction.
Compared to traditional Shear Compaction
this new technology allows to use less water
and less cement while maintaining concrete
strength. Core Compaction avoids slippage
of strands.

Todays precast market requires small


production lot sizes and an almost infinite
variety of hollow core slabs. A quick changeover from one product type to another is
therefore crucial. The X-Liner allows a
complete form change-over in less than
30 minutes, carried out by one machine
operator.

In an efficient production environment it is


crucial to keep maintenance effort and costs
low. The X-Liner is a smart solution with
only a minimum of moving parts and thus a
minimum of wearing parts.

Echo Precast Engineering Slab Dimensions


Our slab cross-sections are designed according to Eurocode and
EN 1168. The depicted load-span charts refer to one recommended
pre-stressing reinforcement pattern in line with EN 10138. However, an
ideal adaption of the load-span ratio to the desired use case is possible by varying parameters such as concrete strength and reinforcement
pattern.
