Grievances:
1. It is first of its kind. Citizen can register his/her Grievances through his mobile app (puraseva)
and send the complaint directly to the respective functionary.
2. On successful grievance citizen and Municipal functionary gets a sms alert to the respective
mobiles.
3. This alert consists of CRN number which can used to track / reopen the ticket.

SOS
SOS consists of important phone numbers which are police, fire, and ambulance. Citizen need
not have dial the number he simply click the number image and app will make an outgoing call.
