Major Responsibilities performing for Pipelines/Welding/NDT/Quality Control:-Review Client's technical documentation and requirements.
Ensure an adequate standard of technical documentation and contribute in updating
company standards
Review the Clients technical documents during the bid phase.
Review the pipeline design and interface with the relative process and
structures and installation.
Prepare the technical specifications and data sheets for material purchasing.
Check the results of surveys carried out by sub-contractors.
Assist with the selection of laying spread/methods and perform/review installation design
analysis for the pipeline system.
Verify and act upon the remarks of the Client/Certifying Body.
Perform/verify all discipline analyses and calculation notes required to design the pipelines
system, including the engineering activities of third parties/sub-contractors.
Assist the pipeline lead or the project engineering manager for solving technical problems
arising during project development and for interfacing/supporting the procurement
department.
Define standards and procedures for the relative engineering area and contribute to
Software evaluation.
Prepare of documents for approval from client as per project requirements and as quality
assurance plane
Familiar with design reviews, subcontracting and pipeline installations
Internal Inspection/Check of all the fit-ups prior to full welding and after the welding.
Review construction drawing against piping plan.
Handle the tasks of providing design and construction drawings under the instructions of
Project manager.
Reviewed the Material test certificates and test report for heat analysis and
product analysis (chemical analysis) and factory test records and related test reports.

Review of PQR / WQR / WPS & CLIEN'S specifications.

Prepare PQR/WQR/WPS as per requirements of project.
Prepare NDT TEST procedure for UT/RT/PT/MPT as per job requirements on site.
Prepare quality manual and Perform inter audit for company.
Structural integrity surveys and rehabilitation.
Coordinate with engineers/workers/technical persons at job site
Installation analysis, riser stalk-on, pipeline surface recovery analysis, spool-piece and riser
design.
Ensure that the welding procedures are properly documented and meet specific project

Perform responsibilities of managing internal and external inspections as well as access the
remaining operational life of the pipeline.

Major Responsibilities performing for Painting & Coating:Responsible for stage wise internal painting / coating inspection of incoming materials.
To check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products meet
in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes.
Prepare all necessary QA / QC coating documents and handed over to clients review.
To undertake test qualifications for spray painters, brush painters hydro blasters & abrasive
blasters.
Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether
these materials suits to meets the requirements of project specifications
Inspection of 3-layer high-density polyethylene coating on steel pipe.
Holiday inspection /monitor of coated pipes at site during process.
Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and coating application at site.
Prepare the data sheet of coated pipes on site after internal inspection.
Review and analysis of all reports of mechanical and chemical tests related to bare pipe and 3
layer Polyethylene coated/FBE coated pipes after receiving on site and prepare suitable
notes/remarks and submit to project manager.

Responsibilities performing for quality and safety:Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality
System requirements.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Companys Health, Safety and Environment
management System requirements.
Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
Provide technical information to Product Marketing on changing customer needs,
competitive information, marketplace trends and new product development needs.
Prepare Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on chemicals used in the workplace.
Investigated accidents and injuries. Documented the injuries; detailed the events leading to,
during, and after the accident; and made recommendations to fix hazards
