Cancellation of Workshop
business en motion hereby guarantees to provide full refunds to any and all registered participants should
the workshop be cancelled for any unforeseen reason. The refunds will be incurred, and refunded by business
en motion, within three days of written notice of cancellation.
Cancellation of participant attendance will not attract a refund.

To fulfill registration requirements, the company financial representative is to sign to the below conditions,
and follow the process below:
1. Sign this document to accept the pricing offer
a. I acknowledge the cost per participant I will be paying is 5000 Dhs / 4800 Dhs (delete which is incorrect
for your situation), and accept to pay for ____ number of participant seats.
b. I hereby accept to pay the corresponding amount in to the bank (as detailed on the invoice I will receive)
no later than:

26 November, 2016
Doha Workshop:
03 December, 2016
Muscat Workshop:
10 December, 2016
c. I accept that should the nominated person no longer be able to attend I maintain responsibility for that
seat, and will provide a substitute attendee. I will accept bank fees, allowing the full agreed amount to
reach the bank of business en motion.
2. Email this signed sheet back to info@businessenmotion.com. This will thereby notify us at business en
motion to generate the invoice and email to you.
3. Deposit funds into the bank on or before approved dates

a. Complete the pre-work #1 sent on November 27 (for Dubai Workshop), December 04 (for Doha Workshop)
and December 11 (for Muscat Workshop)
b. Complete the pre-work #2 process as per instructions provided commencing from November 28 (for Dubai
Workshop), December 05 (for Doha Workshop) and December 12 (for Muscat Workshop)
c. LPI completion by participant and observers no later than December 05, 12 noon (For Dubai Workshop),
December 12, 9am (for Doha Workshop) and December 19, 9am (for Muscat Workshop)
